My recent visit to Papa John's Pizza at Pickering, left much to be desired. Not only did I witness a staff member, who matched the description of a South Asian man without a beard, exhibiting a disconcerting level of attitude and rudeness towards customers and to some delivery drivers, but I also observed concerning hygiene practices and food handling. It was evident that cleanliness standards were not being upheld, and the manner in which food was being handled was far from pleasant. Furthermore, the staff member's disregard for customer service was disheartening, as they seemed more interested in their phone than assisting customers. As a result of these experiences, I made the decision to forego placing my order and will not be returning to this location. Management must address these issues promptly to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.

I ordered a 4 topping large special for 1499. They charged me for the 4 topping and told me it wasn’t included. Tried to contact corporate and they told me it’s tax then I asked why I was being charged tax after that? They didn’t have a clear answer. It’s false advertising and shouldn’t be allowed. They lost a customer and to be honest the pizza isn’t even that good it’s cheap

Got stuck on the 401 and was over an hour late to pick up the pizza. The employee through the pizza out and had a fresh one waiting for me. I was expecting a cold pizza as it was my own fault why I was late. Instead they went above and beyond to make me a fresh pizza. I wish I got the employee name as he deserves a pat on the back for his customer service. I order from here often and the great customer service always keep me coming back. Great job by all the team at this Pickering location and I will see ya for my next pizza ?

The pizza made by Mahimul was amazing – I think it's the best in all of Canada. The way they put the ingredients together made the flavors awesome. The crust was just right, not too crispy or too chewy, and there were plenty of fresh toppings. They keep the quality consistent. It doesn't matter if it's a busy night, the pizza is always top-notch.I've tried pizza from lots of different places, but Mahimul's pizzas at Papa John's really stand out. They have a unique taste, and you can tell they care a lot about making quality pizza.I'm definitely going back for more, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing pizza. Big shoutout to Mahimul and the whole Papa John's team!
Honestly some of the worst pizza I have ever had. It has zero flavor and it was overcooked and undercooked at the same time if that's even possible to imagine. Their dipping sauces are not good and their stuffed crust is just a block of unmelted cheese.

I've frequented every local pizza establishment in Scarborough and Pickering, and no place does it better than the Papa Johns at Kingston and Whites.?Mahimul? works as the Shift Manager at this branch and you never have to worry when hes the one preparing your order. He is dedicated to pleasing every customer from exceptional customer service to fulfilling the order to perfection. He fits as much toppings as possible and rolls the dough consistently every time which are problems that other pizza places seem to struggle with. He currently works Tuesdays and Fridays.I have the highest standards when it comes to food and Mahimul has always exceeded my expectations. ??Regards,T&T

I was craving some pizza for lunch and Papa John's has to be hands-down one of the best places to get it from. The pizza was amazingly delicious.The perfect crust and perfect ratio of sauce to cheese on the pizza made me the happiest person on earth. Not to forget, the staff members are very hard working and patient. I had a tough day and mistakenly changed my order two to three times, however, the girl who took my order was extremely patient with me. Her positive attitude and hospitable nature is truly appreciated. Her professional skills of making the pizza proved her to be the best pizza maker in town. Would 10/10 recommend everyone to check out Pickering's Papa John's (She changed my mind to be a regular customer) !
