I visited Philly Philly recently and unfortunately had a very bad experience with one of the staff members. I don’t know her name, but she was the young, slim female employee working at the counter during my visit on December 3rd Evening. I’m only describing her so the management can identify who I’m referring to.

Her attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. She spoke in a disrespectful tone, seemed irritated when I asked simple questions, and did not show any basic customer service skills. The way she handled the situation made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

This is not the kind of service any customer should receive. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper training so other customers don’t face similar issues.
If this staff member continues to work there without proper training or correction, it may negatively affect your restaurant’s reputation.
If I could give a rating below zero, I would.

Service has gone so far down hill since new management, several times now have called ahead been told 10m come 30m later and still told to wait, have been served wrong items and orders missing items.

Anup was our server today. He was really kind. Offered lots of different options to help with our dietary needs. Great service ! Highly recommend coming here

Used to really like this place. So dirty now. The floors are filthy and everything is sticky, tables, chairs, etc. Staff were friendly and sandwich was good and fries a bit undercooked.

I had not been in sometime but appears mgmt has changed. The quality of food has gone waaaaaay down. The lettuce looked brown, wilted and many days old. The bread was not fresh and the portions are much smaller than once and honestly the meat tasted what I imagine dog food tastes like. It is amazing how a new owner can get it so wrong and drive a good business down the toilet.

First time here today, I ordered the Brox sandwich and it was golden. Came to 13$ with a pop and the guy who served me was great, engaged in conversation with me and took the time to do everything proper. Definitely recommend and definitely will return!

I can't say too much about the food, because it's my first time reading poutine and it's the only thing I ordered. Could've used more seasoning, but after adding a little salt myself, it was good!

There's was only one lady working when I came in, but she was very welcoming, and she didn't waste any time with service.

The dining area was very clean, so if the food isn't your cup of tea, at least you know they care to serve quality.

Great place with friendly staff. Khushi is an exceptional worker there always greeting you with a smile :-)

Waited 20 mins. Saturday night two people working and one of them brand new. Order was wrong food tasted terrible will not go back.

The philthy cheesesteak was good . It was cheesy and the bread was just right. Everything made fresh, and it came out hot and super tasty.The staff was friendly and the whole place has a relaxed vibe. If you are into comfort food , this spot is a must. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
