Placed an online order today to be picked up at 2:50pm. I got there at 3:00 and the told the cashier I was here for my online order but she looked lost and confused. After some time, she realized that the kitchen staff had JUST started working on the order 15 mins after it was already supposed to be ready. She offered to have the pizza delivered, but I was already at the store so there was no point. Not sure what happened but extremely disappointed!

I had a highly disappointing experience. Firstly, I was charged $23 for a small pizza, which I found to be quite overpriced. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the pizza did not meet expectations—it was extremely unsatisfactory. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment. It’s unfortunate to say, but I would have preferred to go without a meal rather than dine here. I hope Pizza Nova takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving both the quality and value of their offerings.

We ordered a small pizza today, it was the worst decision to go there. A complete waste of money. There was no cheese on it and the edges were burnt. I am very disappointed with this place. Wasted $24 . Please don't even think of visiting this place. They even dont have a good customer service the lady on the cash was not nice with us while we were ordering.
Delivery driver just asked me for a tip…I’m under the impression that tips are added to the bill when a delivery person has gone above and beyond to make sure the delivery is amazing. As someone in the hospitality industry I’d NEVER ask for a tip.

I ordered a medium size and a party size pizza from Pizza Nova at 520 Wilson Heights blvd location . Medium pizza has only one topping but the party size had 4. Everything was good about the pizzas except that they didn’t put enough cheese on the party pizza. There was even no cheese on some of the slices. They charged me $35 for it. Very disappointing . I won’t order to them anymore.
