We ordered a small pizza today, it was the worst decision to go there. A complete waste of money. There was no cheese on it and the edges were burnt. I am very disappointed with this place. Wasted $24 . Please don't even think of visiting this place. They even dont have a good customer service the lady on the cash was not nice with us while we were ordering.

Delivery driver just asked me for a tip…I’m under the impression that tips are added to the bill when a delivery person has gone above and beyond to make sure the delivery is amazing. As someone in the hospitality industry I’d NEVER ask for a tip.

I ordered a medium size and a party size pizza from Pizza Nova at 520 Wilson Heights blvd location . Medium pizza has only one topping but the party size had 4. Everything was good about the pizzas except that they didn’t put enough cheese on the party pizza. There was even no cheese on some of the slices. They charged me $35 for it. Very disappointing . I won’t order to them anymore.

They BURNT my charcoal pizza, ALL the crust was BURNT... (Probably used the delivery guy as a fill-in for the cook...) also, bigtime skimpy on the toppings... NO COMPARISON to the place by my work, like night and day difference... So ya they lost my business ... that place across from Pickering Town Centre has never been a good Pizza Nova ...haven't been their in probably 15years and thought maybe they've changed but, to my surprise, it's WORSE than ever... customer service told me to take it back but I just threw it in the garbage instead of wasting gas driving there ...

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizzas are okay and sometimes it is not right. I guess it depends on who's making them. Just like other restaurants, I guess it depends on the person who is making your food. I've had worse.
