Amazing pizza and service! đ I stopped by Pizza Nova on Kingston Road and was really impressed. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helped customize my order just the way I wanted it. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings â perfect crust and great flavour from first bite to last. Definitely one of the go-to pizza spots in the area, whether youâre grabbing a quick slice or a full pie. Highly recommend! đ

Placed an online order today to be picked up at 2:50pm. I got there at 3:00 and the told the cashier I was here for my online order but she looked lost and confused. After some time, she realized that the kitchen staff had JUST started working on the order 15 mins after it was already supposed to be ready. She offered to have the pizza delivered, but I was already at the store so there was no point. Not sure what happened but extremely disappointed!

I had a highly disappointing experience. Firstly, I was charged $23 for a small pizza, which I found to be quite overpriced. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the pizza did not meet expectationsâit was extremely unsatisfactory. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Itâs unfortunate to say, but I would have preferred to go without a meal rather than dine here. I hope Pizza Nova takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving both the quality and value of their offerings.

We ordered a small pizza today, it was the worst decision to go there. A complete waste of money. There was no cheese on it and the edges were burnt. I am very disappointed with this place. Wasted $24 . Please don't even think of visiting this place. They even dont have a good customer service the lady on the cash was not nice with us while we were ordering.
