Even though this location is out of my way (there is a closer location near me), I still chose to get my pizza here because they don't skimp on the ingredients like the one at 1360 Kingston Rd. This location also doesn't burn the crust (unless you ask for it that way).

I shouldn't have to put the pizza in the oven as soon as it comes. Specifically said, and it's on the receipt as well, for it to be well done. The pepperoni isn't cooked, as soon as you pick up a slice it's flopping over with all the toppings falling off. Very disappointing. The delivery driver was nice.

Asked for extra cheese and got a burnt pizza instead. called in to complain and the person who answered goes next time tell the store not to burn your pizza Lmao why do u think I’m calling you. Isn’t that your job to let the store know I’m trying to but your direct line goes to a call Center clearly. Smh do better ridiculous and I order from this location often disappointing. Oh well food quality isn’t the same nowadays people don’t care as much. Sucks

Their pizza is good but they do not put on much cheese which makes a pizza! Ask for extra cheese but you will be charged for it.
Charged $3 for extra cheese, pizza had less cheese than a regular pizza. Stop cheating with the cheese, I see other reviews mentioning less cheese as well.

$50 bucks for 2 medium regular pizzas, 1 10 piece chicken and dipping sauce. Since when are “regular” pizzas thin? Paper thin like cardboard thin! There is a regular, thin and thick option ? if this is “regular” then what is thin? I’m appalled ?. They’re stingy with the pizza bread, sauce, cheese and toppings. Not happy at all.
