Booked for a large pizza through phone. Reach there after 30 minute. Noted no customers but still they waited for me to reach there to begin making it. No appologies from staffs.

I purchased an xl pizza with 4 toppings for takeout. Good thing i decided to open the box and check. As the photo shows, it doesn't look like there are 4 toppings.
Bruschetta was barely present on only half of the pizza. Additionally, sun dried tomatoes were difficult to find as well, and were missing on multiple slices.
When i complained, the manager pointed out that, even though bruschetta was missing on multiple slices, it was present on others.
Check your orders as this place looks like they are skimping on toppings to save money.
To resolve my complaint, they added more bruschetta to my pizza. Unacceptable and very poor business practice.
Find another pizza pizza spot as this has only happened at this location.

They messed up my order and only wanted to give me a $20 credit on a $43 order that I couldn't eat due to dietary purposes. Many other pizza places out there to choose from, good riddance pizza pizza!

I had a disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location. The staff were unprofessional and rude, showing little regard for customer service. The place was poorly maintained tables were dirty, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. It felt like the employees didn’t care about the customer experience at all. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both staff behavior and overall cleanliness.

I had a terrible experience at Pizza Pizza. The staff were shockingly rude and treated customers with complete disrespect. Their behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright unacceptable. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I expected a simple, courteous interaction and instead was met with arrogance and hostility. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. If you value respect and decent service, avoid this location at all costs.
