Very disappointed with my order. I specifically asked for a thick, crispy crust, but the pizza was neither. The cheese was also lacking—not nearly as much as I expected. I work at a school and asked for the delivery to be dropped off at the loading dock, but the owner was rude on the phone and didn’t let me finish explaining. The pizza itself was not good—honestly, it was pretty disgusting. Definitely not ordering again.

I am writing to express my worst experience ever i had in my entire life. I went to pick up the delivery from this store and waiting at the counter over 3-4 minutes no one was at the counter. I saw some of them at the kitchen talking and I kept calling no one didn't come. Finally, older man came and I asked him politely how long will it take for the order he said I don't know. I asked him again I would like to know because if it's longer I would like to cancel he yell at me all of the sudden then u cancel I said yoh can't tell me to cancel the order just tell me approximate time so I can decide he started to act wired and yell at me saying I am not doing your order I have other orders and unnecessary stuffs and said I am not giving your order cancel and go. The worst person I ever see in my entire life. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Can't tolerate at all. I will raise this complaint to the relevant department as well. Never ever going to go back to this store. Worst experience and worst behavior

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at the Pizza Pizza location in Pickering on April 16, 2025. While there, I witnessed a cook scraping themselves and then proceeding to handle food for another customer's order without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Upon witnessing this, I was so disgusted that I immediately left the restaurant. This incident made me seriously question the hygiene practices of this location and has completely turned me off from wanting to eat here again.
I would strongly advise other potential customers to avoid this particular Pizza Pizza location in Pickering due to the serious lack of food safety observed.

What’s the point of selecting a contactless delivery with delivery instructions - prepaying & tipping - just for the delivery driver to ring the doorbell at 3:15am and wake up an entire house of people?! Then the audacity to shine a flashlight through the door & complain that I need to control my dogs because they were barking😂 there was 0 reason for you to be waiting at my door other than wanting more of a tip - first and last time ordering here. I can understand mistakes, but common sense is gone clearly, beyond dumb
