Some of the employees are really rude. I went to get a 2 for $6 cheese slice and there were no cheese slices, so I asked if they were making any and he laughed and said no. I’m vegetarian and so I don’t have other options as I also don’t eat onions, so I obviously went to walk out and then the employee yelled and rudely asked if I was going to order in a condescending way. It felt like he was mocking me for only wanting a cheese slice instead of ordering a full pizza.

Today is family day and my dad got us a party pizza for all 7 of us we’re a lot of siblings and we were expecting to enjoy our pizza and when my little sister bit into the pizza she felt disgusted there was hair in her pizza which made us all stop eating it this was a terrible family day experience and the Customer service was even worse they charged my dad an extra $5 in cash for olives for the topping. I am extremely disappointed as towards he already paid $65 which is outrages.

The pizza was too crispy and burnt and we paid 65 dollars for a party size pizza and the old guy up front is hard to deal with he charged me an extra $5 cash for only olives and he didn’t accept debit or credit , the date was February 16 in afternoon I came with daughters to bring some good food home but I was wrong this was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend coming to this location

October 1, 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Made a quick late-night stop for dinner and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. It only took about 10–15 minutes, was a great deal, looked delicious, and tasted pretty damn good too.
Very disappointed with my order. I specifically asked for a thick, crispy crust, but the pizza was neither. The cheese was also lacking—not nearly as much as I expected. I work at a school and asked for the delivery to be dropped off at the loading dock, but the owner was rude on the phone and didn’t let me finish explaining. The pizza itself was not good—honestly, it was pretty disgusting. Definitely not ordering again.

I am writing to express my worst experience ever i had in my entire life. I went to pick up the delivery from this store and waiting at the counter over 3-4 minutes no one was at the counter. I saw some of them at the kitchen talking and I kept calling no one didn't come. Finally, older man came and I asked him politely how long will it take for the order he said I don't know. I asked him again I would like to know because if it's longer I would like to cancel he yell at me all of the sudden then u cancel I said yoh can't tell me to cancel the order just tell me approximate time so I can decide he started to act wired and yell at me saying I am not doing your order I have other orders and unnecessary stuffs and said I am not giving your order cancel and go. The worst person I ever see in my entire life. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Can't tolerate at all. I will raise this complaint to the relevant department as well. Never ever going to go back to this store. Worst experience and worst behavior
