After trying other Pizza Ville’s in Durham this location has definitely become my go-to. Raj and his staff are great and his pizzas are just the way I want them. Don’t bother trying other locations, Raj’s is worth the drive.

Their pizza is always good easily the best in Pickering. I had a misunderstanding with my order and the Owner called me to fix and deliver the order to my house himself. Been coming here for years. Consistently great pizzas that are always on point. The owner operator is almost always there when I go to pickup my pizza with a friendly attitude and amazing customer service. Very happy to have this pizza shop in the neighborhood.

Best pizza in Pickering. Great thick crust. I'm always amazed how fast my order is ready when placing it ahead of time. Always fresh.
I used to frequent this location due to their proximity of where I stay. The pizzas are usually decent, however, I do find that the quantity of toppings vary greatly between staff. Unfortunately consistency is extremely important to me. I will continue to visit once in a while with the hopes that there will be improvements in the near future.
As for the customer service, the main guy who makes the pizzas (wish I took down his name) is very friendly. The rest of the staff are forgettable. I am not fond of the delivery driver for multiple reasons. From the few times I've seen the driver, he's had a poor attitude, and his parking/driving can be a little reckless.
Parking: Parking can be such a pain during their busy times.

After 1 hour and 15 min they are calling me that he is on his way they are literally 12 min drive from my house and the manager expects me to take the delivery as we placed the order and offers me I will give you discount I don’t need your charity and I am not paying $60 dollars for old pizza. Find some more authentic and proper business who know what customer service is and have manners to speak on the phone. Rude customer service!!! When I called and complained that the order is late they ask me are you calling because you need compensation are you serious. Worst manners!! Worst customer service!!! Keep it up guys you won’t have customers to manipulate.
