After 1 hour and 15 min they are calling me that he is on his way they are literally 12 min drive from my house and the manager expects me to take the delivery as we placed the order and offers me I will give you discount I don’t need your charity and I am not paying $60 dollars for old pizza.Find some more authentic and proper business who know what customer service is and have manners to speak on the phone.Rude customer service!!! When I called and complained that the order is late they ask me are you calling because you need compensation are you serious.Worst manners!! Worst customer service!!! Keep it up guys you won’t have customers to manipulate.

We were in Toronto yesterday Christmas shopping and on our way home to Ptbo we stopped here for panzerottis. We don't have one here and been years since we last had one. The gentleman working was lovely, friendly and very nice. He knew we had about an hours drive, packed them nicely and told us how to heat them up. Thank you, they were delicious. Worth stopping and the wait to eat. We will come back.

It is our first time ordering pizza from Pizzaville. Pizza had too much tomato sauce and barely any cheese and it was runny. Taste was ok. I wouldn’t order another time. Really surprised that their pizza tasted nothing but tomato sauce.

Guys please don’t order pizza from pizza ville . You will waste your money and your time . I ordered a large 5 topping pizza it was garbage honestly topping are old . The size of large pizza is midum pizza . Tomato sauce was bad topping are old and dry . It taste not good at all .I ordered large pizza with 5 toppings. I got medium pizza instated I called them back first they say no that is the what it is . Then their customer service called back they want to credit me $3 dollar for the inconvenience .Honestly it’s was an embarrassing moment being with family and friend you order a large pizza they will send you a midum instead.

Ok I’m sure I have reviewed them before but my previous experience was much better. I guess cutting back is the thing now but I could hardly find the toppings except for the obvious pepperoni. Kind of disappointing.

I can honestly say that's not only was the pizza great but they cater to my dietary needs They listen to my concerns and made the pizza perfect. This Location was absolutely clean and the staff was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this location on Delta drive to all my family and friends. If you're in the neighborhood Drop by and get a slice or a whole pie you will not be disappointed.

I always order by phone and go to pick up. The pizza is good. I have never had any problems. When you arrive there, the workers make sure to not have you there more than half a minute before they greet you and make sure you are helped. It is clear the staff work very hard and when they are extremely busy, they really try to hustle to get things done.
Very very good pizza here. I have a soft spot in my heart for Pizzaville's. and this place rocks. There is So much competition in Durham region for your pizza business. They are friendly and seem to want to give you the best experience possible. Look out for their large pizza pick up specials on right now.

The pizza was properly taken care of and ended up very very good. Asked them to be generous with the cheese free of charge and they did. Very nice owner definitely will be ordering from here more often. Potato wedges were properly cooked and very good as well.

I'm never disappointed. I have been going here for years. The pizza is so tasty but never overly greasy (the box rarely had grease stains left over), so it fills you up but you dont feel like you killed ur diet (like having a slice of Papa John's ;). Perfect amount of toppings and never over/under cooked!
