Such nice place the most awful food. I went brunch with my girl friend birthday. The food was so salty and full of cumin( i order blackend cod. I could not eat. And my girlfriend ordered sea food and after first bite stop eating this the most awful food that we had in quite a few years. Never going back. Spending almost $200 and leaving hungry!!!

Port is conveniently located close to lake at 1289 Wharf St Bay Ridges, Pickering, ON L1W 1A2. The food is exquisite and delicious. The service was professional, friendly and customized to each customer. The service representative was polite, kind and in tune with the needs and request for the family. Excellent service. The pizza was liquidy and the toppings falling apart. Completely disgusting. Very noisy place and tables too close to each other. The menu was only in Italian language, very hard to choose the right food.

Not enough gluten free options, especially the apps and mains. I called in advance and the hostess basically said they have salads. This isn’t a diet, celiac disease is something staff should be educated on. We had one awesome server who was super nice, everyone else seemed annoyed with us being there for a booked event. They said we could be there till 11 but made it clear they wanted us out by 10:30 during the event and started notifying us around 10 to leave and made it super awkward.

We just had our 50th Anniversary party at Port and can't say enough about the entire experience. The venue, the staff, the food, all top notch, our guests were all impressed. Our favourite restaurand in Pickering! Thanks again and we'll be back soon!

The food was good. Had the garlic prawns and an Irish coffee. The service wasn't great, but it could have been because the World Series was on... They include the tip in the bill. Would visit again.
The service is really prompt. Too prompt - they like to turn the tables quickly.
Paper napkins was a pretty good indicator. Come for the vibes, not the meal.

I liked my meal and it was a good portion and good vibe for me. The other people at my table weren't impressed (my sister's stomach was destroyed the next day, she had ordered the hamburger).
Biggest turn off was the amount of flies attacking my food which is why I'm rating it 3 stars.

We were seated by the window, and the lakeside view was beautiful. The restaurant had a nice relaxed feel, and our table was clean and well set up. The only downside was that there were a couple of flies and even a wasp near our table, which took away from the atmosphere a bit.
Our waitress was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. She checked in at the right times and made sure everything went smoothly. The service overall was quick and well organized, which added to the experience.
We started with calamari and coconut shrimp. Both appetizers were really good, especially the calamari which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The breading on the coconut shrimp was slightly burnt but still tasty. For my main dish I had the grilled vegetable rigatoni. Everything was fresh, well seasoned, and the bechamel sauce was excellent.
Overall the meal ended on a great note. The food was delicious, the service was great, and aside from the few insects by our table, it was a really enjoyable evening.
