Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant

Happened with my brother Anurag :-

Don’t ever go to this restaurant, even to try their water I bought some sweets from the restaurant last week and they gave me something with full of fungus m. I took the sweets for celebration but that ruined my day, when I called one of the cashier she was not able to helped me much and responded saying that owner will call you , two days since then nobody called! When I called back the manager answered and told me she can refund but only if I can come in person to the restaurant, I explained to them that I live out of city and my gas gas will cost me more than coming to the store, the manager did not even cared and hang up the call.
Worst quality and poor service !! Don’t ruin your good and hard earned money going here.

This pastry is so damn dry and old , disgusting. I asked the girl if it’s fresh she said she yes 🙄 be at least truthful.

Why do you have to sell stuff prepared a couple of days back? The pista pastry was disgustingly stale. After complaining, the waitress asked us to take the plate to the register to request a refund. This restaurant is a failed attempt to serve the community for taste and service. Never going to pay a visit again.

Tikki chana was cold. I heard other customers also complaining about cold food. They need to fix this issue as food cannot be served cold

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was shockingly poor—our server was rude, inattentive, and spent most of their time lingering around the counter instead of checking on tables. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. For the price, you’d expect at least the basics to be done right. Definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

I visited there Sunday evening but I did not like the service , it was busy but no staff , nobody clean up the tables , nobody was coming to get order , we were just waiting and waiting .
Please get some more staff at lest on weekends.

Very poor service. Ordered thali to go. Took 25 mts to get roti. Asked for refund as was a long wait. Manager on duty refused to refund. Also did not give the owners number. They still owe me the price of the Thali, which i never had. Wrote to customer service of Rajdhani. One member call Ankita wrote back saying sorry for the experience, no mention of refund. Will never recommend this restaurant. A shame to have this kind of restaurant in the area . Service sucks.

The staff who took our order for take out was very rude. She was rushing us by asking "Do you want to order anything now" in very rude tone at least 3 times when we were checking out the menu standing out of the way without obstructing anyone. Very disappointing behavior. Ordered Gajrela, Poori Chana and Kadhi Chawal. The food itself is pretty average. I would have given a chance again if not for the cashier/staff behavior. Never visiting again!

Absolutely the worst customer service! I waited 20 minutes while they ignored in-store customers and only focused on Uber Eats orders. Not once did they acknowledge the delay or show any care. And to top it off, instead of apologizing, that stupid worker had the audacity to tell me to order online next time if I was in a rush.Never going again

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE ‼️:
This place used to be very good but in the past few months, the quality has come down severely. Me and family had ordered a Veg Thali with Naan. The soya chaap was extremely too chewy and took me about 40 seconds of chewing before being able to swallow it. The matar paneer had a bitter after taste and the rice was cold. They've also changed their salad recipe for the worst. It used to be lettuce, onion, carrot and cucumbers which they replaced for cabbage. If they want to make a good change, they should bring back the lettuce and carrots. I will say the only thing good about this place is their Gulab Jamun. Overall, do not come here if you want an enjoyable experience.

Absolute waste of time and money. I got my bill thrown on my table. Food was uncooked and stale. Pav bhaji was cold and noodle burger was pathetic. Will never ever recommend it to anyone.
