Unbelievable. Waiting in line to order and the customer( young lady) in front ordering a few drinks accidentally drops a drink in front of the manager ( short viet lady who is always there.) immediately refused to remake her drink in a rude manner and the customers face says it all, disappointment. I understand it was the customers fault for mishandling her drink but as a manager of a store the answer cannot be a just RUDE no. With that being said it was my turn to order and her customer service was incredibly unenthusiastic and blah. I work in the mall and frequently order and never really paid attention to the service until i saw how the customer before me was so rudely dismissed by her. The drinks are good but it doesn’t taste as good if the service doesnt follow.

There is a short Filipino girl working there, I presume she's the manager because she's there almost every day. So, how the store is set up now, there are straw bins at the front off to the right and at the side. There was myself and another woman waiting for our order no one else. I saw her put my drink in the seal and I was standing at the front when I said to her that's mine, she looked me in the eyes and walked to the side and shouted my order. She's always given me attitude, but today, I took the cake. I've given her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she had a bad day all those other times. Now I'm convinced she is just a bitter person who needs an attitude adjustment, and I'll gladly adjust it for her.

There needs to be more than one person working during the mornings. That self ordering machine is holding up the line as there are too many options to choose from and it gets confusing. Why can't we place our order with the salesperson instead.

My favourite is the diamond mango slush but today I got the strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca. It was delicious and you can really feel the fresh fruit taste.
