Retro Burger - Online via UberEats & Skip the Dishes

Ordered Cheese burger and poutine. burger was good. 7/10 but poutine was terrible 1/10. poutine made with McCains frozen crinkle cut fries or something similar for $9.65 . nothing like what is shown in photos. would not recommend fries or poutine

Disgusting service, I ordered for takeout and I had no burger bun and the toppings were literally just thrown on the patty. Highly do not recommend.

Rip off, I got upcharged $8.02 on a souvlaki on a bun. In store it costs $9.99 and I order through Uber eats and it was $20. Restaurant should know about this scam

Very poorly managed and unprofessional. Management was extremely rude and spoke very unkindly about poor people in front of the entire restaurant.

No idea how this spot is a 4.8 on Uber. None of the ingredients have any flavour. Not really hating... the food was edible, just not enjoyable if you've got tastebuds.

Best burger in Pickering

Ordered take out from skip the dishes but they were closed and never got my order. Also there is no contact number to call and see if they are open!

Ignore the one-star reviews, I guarantee they're all from individuals who were expecting to be paid to eat here.Call it a chain, call it whatever, but the food here is excellent. I've been a returning customer since they opened in Pickering, and have never once been disappointed. The burgeds are cooked perfectly, the topics are always fresh, and the fries are my absolute favorite. Not to mention, the portions are insanely generous. I swear these dudes have to be losing money, but they never change. Sub $30 to feed two people is a fantastic value in my eyes. Cheaper than McDonalds and quality that devastates them every day of the week. Not to mention, it's always faster to get my food? Wild.I commonly order for delivery, but the times I have gone in are nothing short of excellent. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, and the staff are all absolutely lovely HUMAN BEINGS. I've always chatted and joked around with the employees here and they've consistently been of excellent character. The man I believe who is the owner and/or manager has such a sharp wit.Keep up the great work, I'm so happy to see y'all on the other side of the pandemic! Cheers ?

Kid-friendliness: Brought my friends and his kids here for lunch, both of who are very indecisive with food. The owner was so kind to them and helped them decide on what to eat when even myself and their father couldn't. Relaly appreciated his patience as we figured out their meals. They loved the food too!

Parking: Location is okay! They're on the side of the plaza that is typically much easier to park in.

Dietary restrictions: Depends. I'm not sure if there are veggie burgers available.

Big drop in quality across all items. I can't recall having to pick out as much gristle out of a hamburger in my life.
