Didn’t have to wait too long for food (only a couple of orders ahead of me). Ordered the avocado toast - without the toast- to go so we could hit the road. Came with eggs, avocado, arugula and hash browns. Overall it was decent, however most of the avocado was inedible. Was looking forward to this meal but I couldn’t even get my fork into it, let alone cut the avocado. Please don’t serve hard avocados when this is suppose to be the star of this meal. Disappointing to pay that price and be served something where I can’t even enjoy the entire meal.

The food is great here always. Expect our experience on Friday after the MJ concert. My mom sister and I decided to eat there as I've eaten there before and told them it's a great place. Upon ordering 3 burgers with Caesar salad. I asked for no bacon. The lady who took the order said there was no bacon on the salad. I said really?. She said yes its an extra charge I told her no bacon. We ate the hamburger and left the salad for home. We spent time in the casino then once home. We open the salad and saw bacon in all of the salad. It was a waste as we do not eat pork. And we are extremely angry. My sister was standing woth me when I ordered and we said no bacon and the woman said the salad does not come with bacon. It was a disappointment. Staff should know what is on items. Overall the food is great. Just couldn't fully enjoy it as we wasted our money on salad we were told doesn't come with bacon but it actually does.

I ordered a grill burger. It clearly was cooked ahead of time and just slightly heated up. The salad was pre-made elsewhere with wilted lettuce. Unacceptable at $18.

The service was abhorrent. We waited half an hour for two burgers with fries. There was no sense of urgency with the kitchen staff. There is not enough seating, we were lucky to find one empty (dirty) table. We got two orange juices, and one of them tasted like it had chemicals in it. No apology for the wait, and as we were leaving, we heard another couple who waited a ridiculously long time as well…only because they never buzzed them. Their food was ready, and nobody bothered to buzz them!
Overall, food was just okay…not worth $50. Service was a disaster and huge disappointment. We will chose a different place for food next time!

I ordered fish and chips but I asked to have sweet potatoe fries instead of French fries. I have to pay extra which is understandable but when I ask for the chipotle sauce they said I have to pay extra. I told them I paid extra for the sweet potato and it should come with it. Iwherever I order the sweet potato the chipotle sauce comes with it. This not a good service.

Watched the cook assemble my poutine before dropping the rest of the food for the order. Made no sense, could have easily started the other food first. Poutine was cold and soggy.

Can't figure it out, went before the show tonight - Burger was hot and fries were warm... Waited almost 20 min to get order. Will try again, and hopefully all food will be hot! But I will say food was tasty!!!

Horrible staff, they give different sized portions to different people (white people) and if you complain, they'll call security on you saying they feel intimidated. Food is just "ok" and even without the staff issue is very overpriced. I hope they go out of business.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went with our 90 year old grandma before a concert with an hour and a half to spare. Placed our order and after waiting at least 60 mins we had to cancel it so we wouldnt be late getting her in to the concert. Everyone who had ordered after us and another couple had come and gone. When I asked how long it would be they said still more time. Our order wasn't complicated, just chicken fingers and fish and chips. I'm normally not one to get upset especially when I understand the rush before a show but this was ridiculous. Orders should have been cut off until they were able to catch up. Won't be back.
