This is the worst Second Cup I’ve ever been to. The customer service here is atrocious and the frappe that they make is pretty much iced coffee. The owner is absolutely disgusting to their customers. You’re better off going elsewhere!

Love this cafe! Workers are super sweet and the drinks are amazing! I’m usually a coffee drinker but whenever I come here I have to get the honey vanilla tea latte.
I had a great experience at this coffee shop! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The service was quick and attentive, and my drink was excellent—great flavor and quality. Definitely one of the better coffee spots around, and I’ll be coming back.

Pulled off the highway had to use the washroom. They said I Can’t use the washroom cause I was not a buying customers . Utterly Disappointed .

Was so excited to let my husband try a sip of my favourite hot drink in Canada, I let him have the first drink and he made a face. I tried it after and it was curdled! Probably the whipped cream. Was so bummed. On a 23 hour road trip so we couldn't go back to have it remade.
