I had a shawarma poutine, fries were like the ones from Costco, the battered fries which i personally like, they put a lot of gravy, a decent amount of cheese, rotisserie chicken, but in my opinion the chicken was not too good, kind of dry and papery, but it was still decent. they don't put garlic sauce on it so i have to ask them to do so (and its free), their garlic sauce is just garlic aloe, not sweet like some other shawarma places, but they put too little in my opinion, next time i will ask for loads of it, simply the poutine aspect of it was the best part, but the game changer of this places is that the poutine (large size only), is only $8.50 after tax, while other places charge around double that like osmows, the menu and site say its $8.99 before tax but that was not the case here, do not know if it was a mistake but still an amazing price.
Edit 2025: I got the new hot and cheesy shawarma special, it's a Cheetos dusted deep fried shawarma wrap, unfortunately they did me dirty on the dusting and it's really just a regular deep fried shawarma, but the taste was still immaculate I would get again even if wasn't dusted properly but it would still be nice

I tried the new Cheetos wrap from Shawarma Royale today after seeing it promoted on Instagram. Honestly, it was disappointing. There were no visible Cheetos and no Cheetos flavor at all - nothing like the videos they’ve been advertising. I bought it for the whole family, and it really felt like money wasted because the product doesn’t seem ready yet.
I’m on the fence about giving it another try in a month or so, but for now, this was not worth it - photos attached for reference.

I ordered food from Uber 2 bowl and 2 chicken meal box and i just received 1 meal box also i bowls i have less rice and less chicken and lots of onions. And also in meal box that i just received one it have just 4 fries I don't recommend to eat hear.

Shawarma is poor grade chicken. Better chicken at osmows. The staff here however are very friendly, just not worth it. And can’t listen when you ask for certain toppings.

This is hands down my favourite place to get shawarma. I always order the queen shawarma meal and it is always so tasty and fresh. The staff are very kind and welcoming.
I just went to grab the deal of the day of national shawarma day first of all they said they run out of shawarmas and have only falafel left and later one of the other staff said they have one chicken shawarma and offered me to take it when I bought 1 chicken shawarma and 1 falafel I ended up getting both of them falafel wrap one falafel tasty good and fresh but the other one the one they offered saying chicken. But it was falafel wrap too and don't know how long it was made it was not at all fresh and very bad ok n taste I felt like I wasted my money and time. I drive so long and went to just be try the shawarma as it was m the first tym having shawarma here also ok was recommended that these people serve nice shawarma a very big disappointment and dissatisfaction. When I had the first wrap I was so excited to try the second one and ended up with total disappointment.

It's funny and interesting the location is locked and at 8:30 p.m. is the said they're out of shawarma and not taking orders anymore they should be prepared for The Rush and orders on Global shawarma day or they should not Market the deal if they cannot fulfill the demand very disappointing never coming to this location again I drove 25 minutes to be here after seeing their marketing campaign but the corporate should strike actions because of not fulfilling according to the marketing campaign very unprofessional behavior towards the sales and marketing team
