Great $9 Hakka lunch menu. Flavourful chili chicken and well cooked egg fried rice. Tasty, quick, satisfying, and budget-friendly. Would definitely go back for a weekday lunch special.

Ordered takeout from here today. The food was very bland. I had to season it myself. The food was better once I added some salt and pepper. Not great so probably will never order from here again.

Food is closer to bland with very less chicken and shrimp in the dishes we ordered. Calling it indian Chinese is not appropriate

These people are what you describe as greedy! They’ll cheat you, take no responsibility or even apologize. I ordered Szechuan chicken and shrimp fried rice, when it was time to eat, I realized there wasn’t any chicken, no shred of chicken at all. I called, the first person I spoke to put me on hold after asking many questions, then came back to tell me that they put only little chicken in the rice. So I told him again, that my food had NO Shred of chicken, next thing I’m on hold again. He comes back to say when I order next time, they’ll put more chicken. He puts another guy on the phone, this one is trying to talk all stern and tough to me. This person eventually tells me the chicken cost just $2. Are u kidding me? No apology for their mistake or taking responsibility, no apology for inconvenience. These people are a joke, needless to say. So it was not a mistake, they probably ran out of chicken, didn’t inform me, charged the same price and under delivered. Avoid them and go somewhere you’ll get your money’s worth and also be treated with respect.

Our go to restaurant for indo Chinese food! Our favourite food is chilli chicken gravy with steamed rice and chilli chicken dry with fried rice And Hakka chow mein

I had lunch here for the first time, and I ordered chicken fried rice, vegetable fried rice, and chili eggplant. The prices are reasonable. The food tasted delicious and the portions were big! Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Good Hakka dining experience, but not perfect. The food, although full of flavour, is overly salted. The chili chicken was cooked and seasoned well. The hot and sour soup was tasty. The crispy noodles were a bit over cooked and tasted bland. I'd recommend sticking with the regular chow mein. The service was good, but order taker didn't know much about the dishes. Manager/owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high but the food was worth it. Highly recommend.

We went here Thursday Nov 7 2024 . We ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice , chilli chicken, chicken corn soup and Manchurian chicken and shrimp hakka chow mein. Everything else was fine but the chicken and shrimp hakka chow mein was horrible, it had no taste. It was like everything was just boiled together and that's it . Anyhow we had some and then we complained to the server, the server gave us the option to change it to a different chow mein and we said okay bring the regular chow mein. So we had our food and we kept waiting for the chow mein, finally after about 25 minutes the restaurant owner came to our table and the first thing he said was u guys had half of the chow mein and now u want to change it. I told him I only complained about the taste, it was the servers idea to change it not mine, it was her suggestion. Then he went on to say the server is new and she doesn't know but he will give me 20% off for the chow mein. My problem was with his approach, I have been to this location for years, for as long as they were at that location and for the restaurant owner to think that we ate the other chow mein and now we want a new one is completely unacceptable. When I paid for the food I refused his 20% discount and I told the server I will never go there again.

Incredible Flavours & Generous Portions at Spicy Dragon!
Spicy Dragon is definitely a place to visit if you’re a fan of Hakka Indian-style Chinese food, as this place will blow you away! With the rising cost of food everywhere and smaller portions, I am amazed how inexpensive and the enormous portions—perfect for sharing, or in my case, bringing home leftovers that were just as delicious the next day.
The flavours were absolutely vibrant and expertly balanced. I love having my spicy fix of food and while they aren't as spicy as I would like; it was just right with my group. The chilli chicken and noodles were a standout too—loaded with fresh veggies and a serious kick of spice that was just right. Each bite was packed with bold, authentic flavours, and the spice level was spot-on, complementing the dish without overpowering it.
What really impressed me was how fresh everything tasted; from the perfectly stir-fried veggies to the delicate sauces that tied each dish together. And did I mention the portions? Seriously, the serving sizes are huge—you definitely get your money's worth!
The service was friendly, and even though the restaurant was busy, the staff made sure we were taken care of and so prompt
