Great customer service and great food. We ordered crab cakes they were delicious, very welcoming to two moms with strollers. Overall a great experience

I was there with a friend earlier this week and it was my first time there. I loved this place. Our server Jessica was very kind and helpful in giving great suggestions. I tried their chocolate shake, red velvet cake, cold coffee and veggie sandwich was yummy. Cant wait to come back. Keep up the good work.

The seating is beautiful. I went for a GSAW party. Macrons were good.My friendly suggestion is they could have more choices in salted snacks. Tea was served cold which they could work on too may be because they were hosting a huge party. The owner is friendly.

Came in with some friends to celebrate a birthday. And I have never met friendlier staff. The food was great the service was amazing, I don’t know how more people don’t know about this place

My wife and I are new to Durham and we’re looking for a new date night spot and we happened across spin cafe. Let me tell you this has to be the best dessert I have had in awhile! We will definitely be visiting again soon

A first time customer. Such a great Cafe. Impressed with the staff and the quality of the food. An assortment of hot foods and desserts. My girl was really impressed with my choice for a date night. Guys I would recommend this if you want to take your partner out. Thanks Spin!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The macarons are to DIE for! The vibe is so cool there. You gotta try it for yourself. Highly recommended.

Went to this place second week of September in 2021. There was QR code at the door every patron is asked to scan and answer the questions along with personal information. No information provided where the data is being stored, a huge privacy issue.After sat down for dining it took way long to get the order, note that not even 30% of the tables full. Once we ordered again it took such long time to get the order on the table. For two people, the order came one by one with some time gap.*A tea came in a cup with full of lipstick on the edge of the cup*. Since we noticed this while the server placing the cup on the table we notified it and it was taken away immediately. Then the cutlery, it was wrapped in the napkin but it had full of fingerprints. The fork doesn’t seem to be washed either.

I loved my experience at Spin Cafe. I am plant-based and find it a challenge to order items on a menu, but the server came with a list of over 15 vegan items! I was impressed that the server went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements. The dessert was delicious!!! I am definitely going back.

I love this place because of the following:1. The only cafe that stays open late2. Vast menu selection: they have coffee, crepes/waffles, sandwiches, cakes, cheesecakes, milkshakes, poutine, candy, cold sips etc3. The ambience is nice and cozy, just what a cafe needs.Only thing is they are a bit understaffed, so things will take time.

Recently went here once indoor dining opened up again. We ordered a cheesecake and a waffle. This place has bad reviews but we loved their desserts. So many selections from cookies, ice cream, macarons, cheesecake and milkshakes and much more. Their menu and pricing was all available when I scanned on my phone for the online menu. Service was kind and friendly. We will definitely be back, the decor was beautiful

First time visitor. Finally given into temptation after passing by many times. Place seemed bright and clean. My wife ordered a small square of Tiramasu and I selected the Chocolate fudge cake slice take-out. To my shock these 2 little pieces of desert were $18 and change, no coffee?? Now I understand there's a markup but honestly $11.00 for this tiny slice is absurd and trust me when I say the Tiramasu portion is understated as well. By the way the deserts were just,ok. Last time visitor.

They have some amazing dessert here. Had the Nutella pizza and was amazed definitely coming back

I go to the actual Cheesecake Factory a lot and this place does not sell authentic “cheesecake factory cheesecake‘s” These are the same knock off kind that you can get in the grocery stores. I get the exact same cheesecake almost every time I go there and I ordered it at this café and it was not the same one. I was looking forward to going here and was kind of disappointed.. there’s no menu anywhere, there’s no prices on anything, you have no idea what you can order here!! So unfortunately I will not be back! In the picture below the box is the fake cheesecake which they sell at this place, picture on the right is exactly what it looks like at the Cheesecake Factory different cake different flavour not worth it!!!!!!!

WOW! I ordered a nutella strawberry pizza from them and all I can say is WOW. Delicious nutella and sweet strawberries on a pizza was to die for. I'll be ordering again.
