Kind of hard to justify seven dollars difference between a square and a round pizza. Definitely would not eat here after seeing uncooked crust and no sauce and looked lacking on the pepperoni. Trying to remove someones opinion of your food is shameful and you should try to get a second chance at proving the worth of your pizza. Offering a free pizza is good customer service, and BD is an honest reviewer.

Rakshitha was the only staff when I ordered my pizza. She was quick, efficient, and very kind.
Pizza was awesome. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Her henna was awesome too. She did she did it herself.

Was just in the Store and placed an order for medium pepperoni. The pizza was total gross. The dought seemed and smell like it had sat around for a few days. The pizza hardly has any sauce on it ( you could taste none). There was hardly any cheese or pepperoni on it. I give it a 1 out of 10. Head office has been notified.

Very disappointed with the pizza. The dough tasted old and over-fermented, it was flat, undercooked, and had a strange smell. The overall taste of the pizza was really bad nothing like what I expected. Definitely not ordering again.

I always order from square boys because their pizza taste amazing, Arely for the past few months they have not been slicing the pizza equally which has really upset me because I usually order half pepperoni (for someone) and half cheese for myself. I am not able to have pepperoni due to religious reasons. I have told the employees time and time again to make sure the pizza is cut evenly, but it is never done and I always end up ordering a large pizza that turns out to be a small due to unevenly cut slices. It’s a small issue but has gotten very annoying and beginning to be a waste of my money. This issue has to be resolved or else they will no longer be getting my money.

Edit: the owner has updated it to say once an order is placed they cannot modify it and that I should have called. This is both incorrect and nonsense as I had it corrected one time before. For this location the codes when ordering do not apply. It is what it is. How are you supposed to have an order corrected via online order without placing it first. Makes no sense.
Again, their own employee specifically said the locations owner does not and will not honour the online promotions. So perhaps the owner needs to have a word with their staff to either not say that or to honour the promotions.
This location does not and will not honour the online pricing promotions. The worker stated "The owner will not adjust for promotions and we can't do it" with some excuse about corporate sets promotions and they aren't told about it. That's their problem, shouldn't be the customers.
While not alot of money (I guess the owner needs it more than I do), the promotion is $11.99 for panzerotti, 2 toppings, drink and dip. Nope, go here and it'll be $14 because the owner says too bad (according to the workers).
Next time I place an order if the promotion isn't given I'll just leave the order there and not pay. And will keep doing it out of spite.
