My first time at the restaurant with my partner; Kim was our waitress for the evening. She was very friendly, detailed and polite with great suggestions for us to have a wonderful dining experience. I would recommend this spot/location in Pickering. #OneLuv

The staff are amazing, we had an medical emergency while at the ST. Louis, the staff knew what to do were ready for such an incident, they were professional and handled the situation perfectly, the staff are well trained and know their stuff, Just want to THANK-YOU for all the help, great bar and food also

We’ve been here quite a few times. The food is typically quite good but I’d say the past 4-5 visits we’ve made here the service has been subpar. We typically sit on the patio and it’s almost like they forget we’re there. It takes quite a while for even drinks to come out. We were checked on once during the entire meal. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our meal, until I eventually gave up and went inside to find our server and ask for the bill. We enjoy coming here but I think they’re understaffed. Definitely disappointing so I’m not sure we’ll be coming back as this has happened quite a lot. Server was very nice and apologetic. Hopefully management makes staffing changes.

We went here for dinner and sat on the patio (inside was almost empty) and had the WORST service. Something that should have taken an hour took almost 2.5 hours. Our server came out maybe 3 times leaving us waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for how many people were in the restaurant. On top of that, our food wasn’t even hot when it finally arrived to us. Our visit was more than disappointing.

Definitely won’t be going there again. 👍

Great service, smiling waitresses with very pleasant personalities, great ambiance!

Also, costumers who frequent here don’t look stiff or hard! You see a lot of them smiling, enjoying!
