Too cramped in there and this goes for all Starbucks locations , the single espresso shot is too short for single shot. I put it in a ceramic espresso shot at home after and it barely was half filled.

Called this location the day before the cup release to be told “yes we have shipment come at 5:30am they sell out fast” to arrive at 4:45am for a worker to say they don’t have it, sold out! How! Clearly the workers gets first dibs, they shouldn’t have closed down the Pickering mall location because they would never act like this.

I ordered venti iced matcha latte I'm very disappointed I can't even taste the matcha the barista poured a lot of milk on it like almost she fill up the whole cup. I can taste milk not the green matcha tea

I've been coming here for a while in the mornings and today I got amazing service from the cashier Monique !! She was very friendly even though it was busy when I walked in she took orders with a smile on her face!
They wouldn’t take my $50 bill for a $15 order and gave me attitude. Never asked my name to write on my order. What a horrible Starbucks experience.

Terrible place staff are the most judgemental people my son went in today looking homeless they told him to leave told him not to pan hand? Then when someone wanted to buy him a coffee to chat with they told her she was not allowed who are they to tell people who they can buy for or what to do with there money WOW shame on you guys for judging a book by its cover

I went in to this location with my mother and niece and as soon as we approached the counter we were greeted with a great smile and friendly attitude. The service was quick and everything we ordered was correct and satisfactory. The thing that stood out to me most aside from the great efficient and friendly customer service that isn't seen often nowadays, was the pleasant extra touch that Aria the young girl that made our coffee's did. As I was drinking my cold brew coffee I noticed that there was a heart and smile drawn on my cup and instantly made me smile and think how thoughtful that small but sweet touch was extremely impressive and pleasantly unexpected😀 Thank you Aria 😊 keep up the great work 👏👏👍🏻👍🏻
