NOW I KNOW WHY STARBUCKS CLOSING LOCATIONS: Worst Starbucs with very RUDE staff, tried tea and it taste horrible so asked to changed to iced drink since dont want to try another tea but MANAGER and staff refused and made me pay again. Never returning. Also becareful before spening money cuz of their policy.

Great spot that should do well, however many things wrong with this location. Service is very, VERY slow. Made my drink wrong and also missed cinnamon powder so I went back to get it myself. The quality of my flat white was garbage and none I have ever experienced before. The amount of foam - the same consistency as fluffy bubbles you get in a bath tub- on the top was unrecognizable to call this a flat white. Terrible to wait that long and then get a drink that is made not even subpar. To wait and have another one remade would have taken another 20 minutes which we didn’t have. Waste of 8$ for something that was suppose to fuel me for our long drive home. Never having Starbucks here again. Should be ashamed to have a location here.

Very rude behavior from cashier Kayla at around 1am on August 5th, 2025. Just saw her shaking her head at me just because she couldn't count the amount of money vouchers I gave her. Then I asked for receipt & she says she will give it to me when she gets back to cash next time. Just rude & ignorant person. No smile or courtesy. Just doesn't seem like she belongs to the Starbucks team.

There was an Asian lady working and seemed she was very friendly to the other customers and was expecting the same but no hospitality nor greetings. Ordered few drinks and she seemed having hard time understanding it and other Barista had to help to explain to her. I was watching her making my drinks, made initial error with the cup size and I had to correct it. Put too much sugar, I could not drink it but throw out.

Went for a hockey tournament and stopped with the family for some strawberry frappes and the tall gentleman with the curly hair and glasses was very quick and efficient at making many drinks. very kind young man, great experience!

Very poor management. Made an order, and I was told they ran out of cold brew after waiting a while. The manager told me I will receive a refund within 24 hours, but I never get the refund after a week. The number won’t let me reach the store. Starbucks should have done better in selecting store manager.

Saturday December 7, 2024 - dropped my mom off to have some fun at the casino and I decided to get a drink from Starbucks. I almost always buy a Venti Matcha Frappe made cali style. It honestly tastes so good with the caramel drizzle. One staff member was wonderful, he was so friendly and nice. He didn't place my order but he made it. Definitely should be the face for customer service/ cashier.

My drink was made perfectly but two out of the three girls working were not happy, especially the one who made my hot chai, had no smile, did not seem like she wanted to work. People that get poor service won’t be back even if your Starbucks!!

I asked for a bit of hot milk (like 100ml) for the baby food of my daughter. They charged me 2.90 CAD ! What has this to do with customer service? I‘ve would have come the next morning to buy something for breakfast (as a return of favour) ; but no thanks ..
