The visit was great - I am gluten intolerant and I felt well taken care of by our server Braden. He made sure to check with the kitchen regarding my order as well as recommend alternatives on our appetizers. Overall amazing service!

The manager was excellent and corrected one of employees who was going to seat us in an area we did not select when making our reservation. He made the correction without hesitation and checked in on us afterwards. He's a very good manager.

The service and atmosphere were really good. I got the fish and chips which was 7/10. Fries were on the salty side and the fish itself didn’t have much flavour. The dumplings in soup were really good. I would go again but would try something new.

Visited this location - very lively location. Seems to host large groups for celebrations which was nice. Staff were friendly and super efficient. Seating tiny bit awkward for the group I was with couldn’t combine tables but wasn’t a huge issue. Not very big location so spacing is tight. Menu wasn’t huge but had a variety of things to choose from seems to be a mix of Asian and regular pub food. I tried the salmon along with another person at our table. The serving sizes were two different sizes which was sort of strange. I got the smaller portion.. fish was nice but lacked flavour. Supposedly there was a maple butter but I couldn’t tell. Other people at the table ordered the steak and shrimp. It was tasty - steak was tender and shrimp was battered crispy and not over cooked. We also ordered the fish tacos. The tortillas weren’t great and fish was bland. Ordered burgers and that was decently priced and fries were great.. it was nice to try it. Might try the steak again but seems a bit expensive seems average place liked it but not really sure it’s my favourite to come back to again.

Food was amazing. Notably my peppercorn steak, however the service was nearly non existent? We got in at 7:30, and it is currently 9:38pm. To be fair we weren’t expecting to hurry but the majority of this time was consumed by wondering where are server was? Ultimately another girl took our drink orders, so, that sped things up a bit, but now I’m wondering when/how I’m going to get my bill!?

I visited this restaurant with a few colleagues this week for lunch. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant—restaurant‑like, but nothing particularly memorable. The food selection was good, although overpriced for a lunch menu. I ordered a burger and fries. To be honest, I’ve had better at far less expensive restaurants. Specifically, it came on a basic white bun and the meat patty was harder than a burger should be. On the positive side, the fries were crispy and tasty. Overall, I was reasonably satisfied with the visit and I will return at some point. However, I will try other restaurants before I cycle back.

The experience that my girlfriend and I was good the service was good , very friendly. The only disappointment was the dessert browie with vanilla , the brownie was hard 😪, it should've been warmed up longer. The dinner was great

Disappointing overall! I ordered Calamari that was overcooked, the portion small but was made up with a lot of jalapeño pepper. I also ordered a Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl that consisted of, sesame brown rice, cabbage, pickled cucumber, avocado, green onion and a very tasty sauce but alas it was very difficult to find the tuna!! I would class this dish as vegetarian! Great service though.

Great experience at state and main. It was a busy for the jays game and the food still came out right away. The food was great, they forgot a salad but fixed the issue right away, wasn't a big deal. I also think they gave us a meal size salad as opposed to a side salad. Food is always great there!

State & Main is a terrific place to eat. It is a terrific atmosphere with terrific customer service. The macaroni and cheese with cajun chicken or their fantastic fish with either mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, caesar salad, or mixed vegetables on the side is a terrific combo. Other foods I like are Butter Chicken and Open-Faced Steak. The customer service is also top-notch.
