We just had the worst Subway experience at this location (1899 Brock Road, Pickering). We came in around 11 AM bought our food and decided to stay until about 3 PM while waiting for our car to be fixed. We were not being loud, disruptive, or causing any issues — just quietly sitting at a table. Despite this, the employee came over and forced us to leave, saying the store was “busy,” even though there were plenty of empty tables available.
This was unnecessary, unwelcoming, and left us with a very negative impression of this Subway. We’ve always chosen Subway because it’s a comfortable place to grab a meal and relax, but unfortunately, this location made us feel the exact opposite. Stay away from this location.

This Subway location gave us a very poor experience. We bought food, ate quietly, cleaned up after ourselves, and didn’t bother anyone. We stayed a little longer while waiting, but there were plenty of empty tables. Despite that, the staff rudely told us to leave, claiming the store was busy. There was no reason for this treatment, and it came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. As paying customers, we should not be made to feel unwelcome when we weren’t causing any issues. Management needs to address how staff speak to customers, because this behaviour reflects badly on the brand.

lazy over night worker locks off the washrooms over night because he doesnt want to clean them.(his words) no signs posted saying no over night washroom use either. Get a different job if you dont like the requirements of this one.

Horrible service! This is a 24h location and I went to purchase a meatball sub the guy said 15 minutes for it to be ready then a few moments passed and said it would take an hour and of course he was rude about it. Can't spend my money here anymore.

My daughter LOVES this subway and we always get a fresh and toasty sandwich for her after her sporting activities closeby. A BIG SHOUTOUT TO Parachi who takes great care of us everytime we come in. She is helpful and friendly and makes everything better!

Just a perfectly crafted comforting SUB! Good staff, very clean and maintained. Service was efficient and quick. The guy cooked our bowl just the way we described.
The older indian lady did not do a simple task . All I did was ask for her to warm up my footlong that i purchased from there 30 minutes prior She refused to help me and started yelling at me and got more aggressive as I was trying to be calm . The young worker there was helpful but not the older indian lady I felt scared

Worst subway atmosphere, stale flatbread, griller broken, veggies thawed from frozen and not even close to fresh, very rude staff, while packing the sub left one egg on the table. When asked can I please get extra napkins got a rude answer of there are napkins in the bag already
