Date/Time of visit: October 17 approx 5:45p was first visit to this Subway location. The female sandwich maker behind the counter was very friendly and I was greeted with a smile upon entry. Ordered the steak & bacon with extra meat and she made it perfectly. Very friendly and welcoming employee. This is probably the friendliest location I've been to. Sub was great!

Me and my girlfriend and friend went to subway for dinner around 9ish last night and when we walked in STACEY was serving another customer which is of course the normal and then when she was finished with the customer she kept walking back and forth instead of asking us if we needed any help or how she could assist us but instead when we went up to her to place or orders which was 2 sandwiches and a bowl the whole time with our service she looked and sounded like she didn’t want to be there now my girlfriend and I have been going to this location since we moved to Pickering and she was slamming either the bread or the bacon and then when cashing out I told her that we have the rewards app and she said “give me a second” in like a upset way and then started mumbling that’s all but the customer service wasn’t good yesterday and to be honest after this situation I don’t think my girlfriend and I will be returning

This is the worst Subway’s I have ever been to across 3 continents. The place was filthy, with smells from washrooms and no air conditioning adding to the ambience. On top of that, the employee was extremely rude, did not want to provide any answers on the questions we had. It seemed to be a bother that we were there, despite it being slow and empty. She begrudgingly made our sub and bowl, skimping on veggies and chicken, it seemed like a bread and sauce. The knife and fork provided were broken and the replacement was broken as well. The employee’s attitude, coupled with hot smelly and filthy ambience made us leave the premises and eat in our car.
