Wow...not sure how this place is still in business. The guy that was working there yesterday had no customer skills whatsoever....I paid for my stuff but realized he didn't give us everything we wanted....tried to get his attention but he ignored us and kept doing whatever prep work he was doing before we walked in. He did not want to talk to me.

i go here often, standard subway food but I find their condiments are sometimes a little more on the weathered/wilty side than I would like.

“I ended up eating my food in the car just to avoid being in that place any longer.”

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I walked in to order a sandwich and wanted to quickly wash my hands before eating. The cashier suddenly shouted at me in front of everyone: “Where are you going?” — as if I was doing something wrong. When I explained I just wanted to wash my hands, he looked me up and down like he had to “approve” it, and then reluctantly said “Okay, go.”

The whole store was staring at me like I wasn’t even a customer but some kind of homeless person trying to sneak in. It was humiliating, extremely rude, and completely unprofessional.

This location has absolutely no sense of customer respect or basic manners. Truly terrible service.

There are 2 employers, by the name of Harsh and Preeyug, they have an excellent customer service skills, I've always wanted to order my salad from them every day for work lunch hours. They were always precise with their work, they handled the food well, I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate them.

Slow service (only 1 employee working during lunchtime rush), toppings looked a bit limp and they were very conservative with the toppings. Basically the same experience as the other negative reviews on here - will be avoiding this location going forward.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I bought my food and sat down to eat, like any normal customer. Within 2 minutes an employee without hesitation or feeling apologetic told me to leave because he wanted to clean the restaurant before rush hour. I was shocked — are paying customers not allowed to eat at restaurants anymore? It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. If cleaning is a priority, then time it better. Don’t push out customers who are simply eating the food they just paid for. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway. I ordered two cookies from the menu, and both tasted absolutely pathetic—stale, unfresh, and super hard It felt like they didn’t even bother to check the quality of ingredients.

To make things worse, the A/C wasn’t working, making the environment extremely uncomfortable. But what shocked me the most was the owner's arrogant attitude. I’ve never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from someone running a customer-facing business. No sense of hospitality, no apology for the bad food or poor conditions—just pure arrogance.

I genuinely regret stepping into this place. Avoid this location at all costs. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

I usually go to this subway, but some of the employees are truly disgusting. No gloves, and full on touching my food. Maybe I wouldn’t have noticed if the employees nails weren’t over grown and dirty underneath. I recommend retraining your staff to make sure they shower as well, I shouldn’t be holding my breath while trying to order.

I hate to complain and burden anyone, but it’s been a solid 1-2 years of in and out employees, and most of which shouldn’t be handling anyone’s food. 👎🏼

This location specifically does not seem very busy. The vegetable options looked not the greatest. Tomato’s looked bad. Everything else looked bad due to the way it was chopped up. Not like other subways.

When I sat down to eat I noticed every single table was dirty (will add photos) and even though i was the only person inside at the time I guess they still didn’t have time to clean their establishment.

Absolutely Pathetic.
They put less toppings on the veggie sub. Trying to cheat on customers. They mix the meat sub with veggie sub and put on the oven to toast. Don't change gloves. Trying to save on veggies, heating the oven and gloves.
The sandwiches are not toasted nicely. It's like eating raw bread with less veggies inside.
I have been eating subs for more than 20 years.
Unbelievable.
The owner should look into it otherwise this store will be shut down soon.
