Take this as a group review of 5 local people.Do NOT go here if you are expecting a “normal” subway experience. It will be slow, and very frustrating.I have complained to the manager who asked me not to write a review. Issues do not get resolved and the unqualified lady who works there still keeps her job after all of the complaints. Poor management and poor hiring.After all of the frustration in store, ordering, paying…I finally get to eat my sub and it tastes “off” x 2 subs. So disappointing.

There’s only ever have 1 person working. I’ve just waiting in line for 20 minutes on my 1 hour lunch and there’s another 7 people behind me. Not acceptable. Who ever owns or manages this store, you need to do a better job at scheduling and not have only 1 person during lunchtime.

i visited the store today nearly at 7pm.... very good service. the girl was working very polite and very good customer service. very hardworking girl. superb experience.. must visit.

I came in tonight and ordered a number 13 combo. The young lady was making the sandwich with her shirt sleeve half in the food. After all of this we proceeded to the cash register where she sneezed into her hand (No Gloves & Not Washing her hands) then proceeded to wrap my sandwich.I was dumbfounded didn’t know what to do so I turned around walked out (Leaving the food) and jumped into my vehicle and left.I honestly hope the owner watches the cameras on Oct 3 between 7-7:30pm to see how unsanitary their staff is!!!!!!!!

Ordered through the app but upon arrival was advised order was never placed. I showed my app order and email but they just advised there was no order made. I was told to pay for it again and take up the app issue with head office. I asked for a manager and was told one was not working at that location.
Evening staff is quite good. That short height girl attend customer properly and understand what a customer wants. Moreover, wraps and subs are delicious.
