i’m usually not one for bad reviews. or reviews PERIOD. however this experience was unsatisfying to say the least. I walked up and asked for a chicken teriyaki 6in sub. The girl helping me didn’t even ask me before she put cheese on my sandwich and toasted it. She barely made any conversation (which is totally okay as i’m aware everyone has a bad day or doesn’t feel like talking) but when she did speak to me, it was very short and a little attitude. And, at the end of this she sorta pressured me into getting a combo (i want get a bag of chips). she asked me to make it a combo and i said no im okay, then she asked me if i was sir and that it would be cheaper. but maybe the pressure of getting the combo was on me. then after that whole experience she still asked for a tip? I get that service workers do deal with a lot but there’s a time and place to know when to ask for a tip. maybe it’s automated but it just seemed silly

I got the pleasure of dealing with Bhumi twice and she is such a nice, professional and hardworking employee! Definitely deserves a raise and appreciation of all kinds ?

I got a 6-inch cold cut on white, NOT TOASTED!! I got my food, sat down in the food court, and opened my food. Immediately realized my bread was stale as all stale can get. I took a bite, thinking I was wrong, but I indeed was not wrong. I could barely get through the bread with my teeth. So I took it back and the lady gave me the most ridiculous attitude. Saying they just baked them, and I was WRONG after showing her that this "freshly baked bread" was flaking just by touching it. Regretfully, she made me a new one but had me choose a different kind of bread. Okay, fine.. BUT WHY WAS THAT BREAD JUST AS HARD? I tossed the entire thing in the garbage and went somewhere else for lunch. Waste of money, Employee was incredibly rude, told me (a paying customer) that I was wrong.
There was no way that bread was fresh. There's a reason why people have rumors about this subway being the worst Subway. Avoid it, don't eat here. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

If there would be a 0 star rating i wouldn’t have given that also, like for a 13 dollar salad it was nothing in it i will attach a picture what you will get here, what a waste of money, would recommend the greek place rather than this .

The lady in front of us returned her sub. Pointed at the bottom of her bread. We were just about to pay and were surprised. Our bread was damp too underneath and chicken was cold. I’ve never had this experience at Subway. Please do better!
