My online order wasn’t even started when I arrived. When I asked the attendant he said he hadn’t started it and then proceeded to make the orders of two walk ins. Please do not offer mobile orders if you can’t put them in the queue. This was an order over $70 that took over 50 minutes to fulfill, completely unacceptable. Honestly I will never come back here. As the attendant finally made my meal the four other people waiting left. If Subway corporate reads these they need to do something about this location.

Live up the road and have given this location MULTIPLE chances, each time I have had burnt bread, ask and paid for bacon to get none on my sub, when asking light Sriracha get what an overload of it. As well as feel rushed to order despite being the only customer. All in all I'll be driving across town from now

The online order was not ready on time. In fact when I went at the time of pick up, to get my order the attendant had no idea that there was an online order! Then when I had to stand and order what I had already ordered, I was given a sandwich with none of the customizations I had paid for! There should be more staff working here, and better online ordering (the online order was all wrong-there was no point of ordering online, it took me more time, for bad service).
