Employee named Vishal was so rude. He was also abusive. I would give negative rating if Google allows to but giving the least star. All thanks to Vishal who doesn't even know how to speak and behave with customer even being the manager. He also used the same gloves to prepare my veggie delite sub which was used to make meat sub. I am pure vegetarian and when we told him to change it he denied very rudly. It was very ridiculous experience we had and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice Place good staff kind staff but little slow. Only one staff working while it’s BUSY I feel bad for her. SUBWAY owner should add maybe one more staff but other then that very good service and good food

On a Sunday evening, around 8:30pm...only one person working, she did the best she could with the online orders coming in and public walking in, she couldn't keep up. I feel bad for but management should have two employees here.

They use a bare minimum of toppings, and the staff doesn't listen when I ask for light sauce, which ends up overwhelming the dish. It's a rip-off, especially for the price.

This subway franchise removed ordering footlong subs through the app by showing it as "product not available at this location" so that people do not use the coupon for buy one footlong get another free. Terrible practice.

I come here more often than any other takeout in the area, and the staff is always so lovely and sweet! Tonight I had the pleasure of speaking with and being taken care of by Bhakti, she is a perfect example of the warmth and kindness that every establishment should have. From my short interaction I can tell she is a very hard worker and I hope to see her again soon! Thank you Bhakti, and to all the other staff here!

Always a positive experience at this Whites & Kingston Road, Pickering location. It has quickly become my go to largely due to Karan, my favourite server, who always customize my sandwich exactly to my liking (I’m fussy about such things). I also appreciate the friendly greeting, parking convenience, quick service and the overall ambiance of this Subway location.

I usually come to this location about once a week after work. Being that I’m on a night shift schedule I usually come all hours of the night. And I must say the employees that work there after midnight are very professional and well taught. On today's night the man made very good sandwiches and we had done some good talk as well it was a wonderful experience for me and I’m always very satisfied with their help and look forward to coming back to this location simply because of that. The best part is it opens for 24 hours. Thankyou Subway !!
