Vishal, (the manager) at this location keeps the store very clean. He is constantly wiping surfaces and handling food safely. It makes you feel comfortable to know that your food is being handled properly.
He is kind and courteous and definitely knowledgeable about the various items.
I appreciate his demeanor and work ethic whenever I come into the store. This subway location is the better one in the pickering area!

I visited this Subway and honestly it was super clean and well-maintained — the counters, tables, and even the floor looked spotless. Staff were friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The store had a nice vibe and felt hygienic, which made my meal even better. December 31, 2025 ⭐️ Revisit (on-line order): Ordered Subway after a friend shared a BOGO promotion advertised on social media. Sub was edible but poorly put together. Even with the deal I couldn't find value, we would have been better off making our meal at home. Another fail is false advertising, add said $0 on delivery but was charged. I rather spend my time writing a review for others to be aware than to waste it asking for for a credit.
October 19, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a late dinner at Subway and ordered two foot-long subs. The employee who made our subs was friendly and clearly took pride in their work, which we appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the online app didn't offer any deals or promotions. A message suggested coming back, but even the employee didn't know how to use the app or find promotions. So, we ended up paying the full price, slightly steep price for juat a sub, unlike other places where we usually get deals or a combo for prices like that.
In my opinion, the app doesn't seem very useful, except for collecting points. On a positive note, the subs were well-prepared, and we both enjoyed our meal.

This has to be one of the worst and laziest subways I have ever been too and ordered from. I have been waiting over 2 hours for a delivery and the time just keeps getting longer and longer so I decided to drive there myself and to my surprise there is absolutely no customers in the restaurant and the employee is just sitting there on their phone doing absolutely nothing.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for years, but I’ve never received service as quick and high quality as I get from this gentleman. I don’t even have to say my order anymore the moment he sees me walking in, it’s already halfway prepared. I just pay and go. His efficiency, consistency, and attention to customers are unmatched.
