I recently had a fantastic experience at this Subway location. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who took my order quickly and with a smile. The restaurant itself was immaculately clean, from the dining area to the food prep station, which is always reassuring. The service was impressively fast—my custom-made sub was ready in no time, and it was perfectly constructed with fresh ingredients. This spot truly excels in combining great food, speed, and exceptional customer service, making it one of the best Subway visits I've had.

This subway has chosen to hire LMIA workers and now turns customers away because they don't do their jobs and have bread ready but yet is a sub shop that relieson bread to make sandwiches. I used to come here daily as I work emergency response on the 401. Never again will I set foot in your store

I’m 55 years old and not very good with these new devices, so my grandson helped me write this note. When I walked into this store, I was welcomed by a gentleman with a big, cheerful smile it was truly refreshing to see. Throughout my visit, he made sure everything was perfect and paid attention to every little detail. He honestly made my day! I’ve never felt this fresh so early in the morning no coffee needed when this guy is around. So grateful for his wonderful service!

I ordered an Italian cheese sub toasted with veggies footling. Guess what the bread was Rubbery and very hard to bite. Very disappointed in the taste.

I went into 705 Kingston Rd in Pickering today, Oct 1 at 11:30. There was a line up. 3 customers ahead of me. The sole employee was a master of efficiency. He went down the line, making 5 sandwiches. Then he cashed us out in turn. The whole time he was pleasant and friendly. When I got home, I was pleased to see that he didn't forget the love. Even though he was so busy, he did an outstanding job. But, there still should always be 2 staff. Especially at lunch.
I usually don’t visit this location because in the past I’ve left disappointed the veggies weren’t fresh, the bread wasn’t great, and nothing felt on point. Today, for a change, I decided to stop in since I was next door. Right away, I noticed the difference. The gentleman who used to work at the Dixie location was here, and I knew it was going to be a great experience. He really knows what he’s doing excellent communication, fresh bread, fresh veggies, everything was perfect. Honestly, the only time I’ll walk into this location is when he’s working. The business is lucky to have him. Bravo to his service!
