I had gone a a close by subway before and all the meat and toppings didn't look appealing. I came here thinking it would be the same but it was much better. That's all that matters. Optics. That being said, the counter attendant Aman, I thought there was an L lol, but she was amazing, and working all alone!!! A little girl working all alone is equal rights but I would never want my daughter working alone so maybe I have a ways to grow, but she was the kindest employee I've met from any store in a while. Customer service is so easy, I wish more people understood it. Cleanliness firstGood quality, be kind and patient... It's not too hard!!! Really thankful for this subway. There are five in my town but I will only return to this one. We need to all take a stand against lesser places and support the good ones. It's good for business, it's good for us.

Lina is the best work there! All the other workers are rude. Lina is polite and she makes perfect subs! She is very kind and respectful and I highly recommend leaving her a tip. She also helps keep the place clean! She efficiently gets my food quickly every time!

I wanted to share a quick experience. I usually go to the Subway at the Amberlea location. Today around 6 PM, I waited there for about 10 minutes, but the person working was super slow, so I decided to leave and went to the Dixie location instead. As soon as I walked in, I saw this guy and immediately felt happy because I knew it was going to be quick and a great experience. I had seen the same guy working at the Amberlea location last weekend and was genuinely amazed by his service back then too. I went in planning to get just one sub… but somehow ended up getting two 😂. I’m still processing how I got convinced so easily. Honestly though, it was totally worth it. The sandwiches were fresh, the service was fast, and the whole experience was wonderful. This guy has some serious skills you don’t see very often always smiling, joking around, and making customers feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back here only. Absolutely superb service!

I am writing to file a complaint about a poor experience I had at a Subway location.
I asked the sandwich artist to make a Veggie Patty sub, but instead they started making a Veggie Delite. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee said it was “too late” to change it, even though the sandwich was not completed.
The employee was not wearing a name tag and refused to provide his name when I asked. He claimed that he was the supervisor and told me to “do whatever you want.” This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect staff to correct simple order mistakes and communicate respectfully. This experience left me very disappointed.
I request that this issue be reviewed and appropriate action be taken to ensure better customer service in the future.
