Toaster was broken when I ordered, but still got a steak n bacon sub. It was ok nothing to be impressed by. Friendly staff and consistently empty location makes service that much better.

1 star? Talk about no star! I placed a mobile order at 5:43 pm and didnt get my sub untill 6:19 pm,I placed my mobile order, at 5:43 pm and drove to the store with my friend who was gonna place an order in store so my friend went into the store first and i waited in my car, my order said itll be ready at 6:00 pm and it did, the status showed ready, i walked into there said i had a mobile order. She goes its not ready yet, and proceeds to take the orders behind my friend, my friend was the first person in line so they would of gotten my order before my friend started ordering, when i confronted the worker at 6:12. 12 MINUTES AFTER MY APP SAID IT WAS READY. she said we cant start mobile orders till we serve all guests in line,Which i get that but my friend was the first person in line and there was 4 people behind herSo after my friend got her 3 subs, mine wasnt even started yet, and they got my order first the worker proceeds to take everyone elses orders and then when no one else was in the store she then prepared mine. She also told me “store policy to prepare everyones order in line then do mobile orders”WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MOBILE ORDERING WHEN ITS STILL A 30 MIN WAIT, i do not recommend this place and will never be returningFirst pic is my order confirmation and what time itll be ready second pic is when i finally left the store with my food

Went into this location today with my wife for a quick meal before an appointment.We ordered a 6 inch sub and a rice bowl.The sub was fine and no issues there. However, unfortunately the rice for the rice bowl was undercooked and crunchy. When we brought it up to the person there that it was not edible due to the rice been partially raw, they said they could cook more rice and add it to the bowl, meaning we still had to eat/pick through uncooked rice.We asked instead for a replacement or to just get a sub instead and were told that was not possible but they could offer us a 25% discount if we wanted to order something else. We told them that was ridiculous as we were unable to eat the first meal we were served and asked for our money back instead to which they also refused.They would not replace the inedible product, they would not remake for us, or offer us a different menu item, and instead stole our money for a meal that we could not eat.I would use extreme caution when coming to this location as they clearly have no standards and don’t care about their customers.

I went to grab a sandwich today at around 2 PM the girl working in the kitchen is extremely rude she doesn’t know anything about customer service I have been to this place once before and this was my 2nd time zero customer service and after waiting for too long she gave me the wrong order and throw my food on the table won’t recommend this location and I will never return there never
