I love subway and eat subway at least 3 times a week. I really love this location because of how clean it is. One of the staff members Prachi is amazing, she remembers my order as soon as I walk in! The sub is always made with really fresh ingredients and everything always looks well stocked. I will continue going here for the amazing food and customer service!!

I’ve never been to a subway where water was refused. Typically it is a smaller and clear cup. Nisha advised that she was instructed to not give water out. I’ve never experienced water being refused in any establishment that serves food. Shocking and extremely disappointed. Hopefully, this review will allow Nisha to receive the proper training to not have anyone else go thirsty with their meal who doesn’t drink pop.

Service is the best ever!
Decided on subs today and popped into the Brock/Concession 3 location to place an order.
Prachi, the one staff member on site, was AWESOME!! Extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to demonstrate excellence in customer service!
The store was clean, well lit and well maintained.
The subway options were all fresh and presented neatly in their appropriate containers (especially the tomatoes)
I would not hesitate to return to this location in the future.
