Though the place had only few customers , they almost took 15-20 mins to take the order . Again for the bill, we waited another 10-15 mins . The place was not busy at all .. I would say I could see more staff than the tables seated . However service was slow . Also the food was just ok. We have been to sunset grill before , but this outlet fails to provide that experience sadly.

I went in today around 1:00 PM with two buddies to have some late breakfast/brunch. Took us 15 minutes to take our order and then we had to wait an hour for our food. Two other families walked in, were seated, ordered, got their food, paid and left before we even got our food. Side note these people that had walked in had 2+ people in their group and there were only 4-6 tables including us, so not busy at all. Not happy. Won’t return.

this place is perfect for breakfast. the ambiance is amazing - no bright lights or annoying loud music… it truly is the perfect vibe. the food is always fantastic and the prices are to be expected for a breakfast place. the servers here are extremely kind and the service is great!! the pancakes are genuinely to die for and this is one of the only breakfast places that cooks their bacon to perfection. i love sunset grill!
Came here with my family for a Mother’s Day breakfast. We waited 15 min for a table, not bad, the server was attentive when we placed our drink orders. After that it all went downhill. We waited an hour and a half (maybe longer!) for our food, most of us wanted to leave but stayed because we already had gotten our drinks and I feel uncomfortable being rude to the hard working servers. I’m not sure where the Manager of this establishment was, but we saw 3 tables get fed up from waiting too long and literally left without getting their food. We finally got our food and it wasn’t the best. I think the cooks and servers were inundated with Uber and takeout orders that they weren’t really taking care of the restaurant guests. Servers or cashier when I went up to pay, no one apologized for the wait. No one offered a discount for the 3 hours we spent there majority of the time waiting. Clearly they don’t care about the guests or quality of food, just making money. I will not be back or recommending to anyone.
