Place is clean and the food is standard breakfast food. It is open a bit earlier than most places in the area, and 5 min drive from west bound 401 exits.Parking: The plaza parking is often full, but there is a home depot parking lot, across from the plaza. If you have a trailer or bigger vehicle, would suggest parking there, since the parking lot is kind of cramped, and not much available turning radius. Saturdays all the parking can get full.

I put one star for service because the owner is so too cheap to have more employees working on a holiday. No complaints about the waiter, he seem rush and that’s because all the tables he needs to take care

Loved the meatlovers poutine. Creamy, not too salty, tangy and a medley of meat. Reminded me of my mother's hot German potatoe salad.Parking: Come in your smaller car

Came here for the first time with a friend. My order was as expected. I enjoyed the food.It was great that they had gluten-free bread, and sourdough bread (although sourdough bread was with soup dish only.) I ordered scrambled eggs, gluten-free toast and home fries with green tea. Home fries were a little dry, but I was hungry so I ate it all. Good price too, under $13.I would suggest that the management offer oat milk (or any alternative dairy option) for tea/coffee. I couldn’t have my usual orange pekoe, had to have herbal tea.The tables were a too close. No room to put my coat and purse behind my chair without it touching the coat of the customer sitting behind me.Server was busy, but got me everything I asked for.I will definitely be coming again.Dietary restrictions: They did have gluten-free bread. ?But did not have alternate dairy options such as oat milk, almond milk or soy milk.?

Visited this Sunset Grill location for brunch with my family and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The familiar diner-style layout was welcoming, but the problems started with a 5-minute wait to be seated, followed by another 5 minutes to place a drink order. Our server, while friendly, forgot our drink order immediately. The real letdown, however, was the agonizingly long wait of over an hour for our food. The kitchen staff seemed extremely slow or maybe short staffed. When the food finally arrived, the Eggs Benedict turned out to be sunny-side-up eggs with hollandaise sauce, not poached eggs as expected. The Three Eggs with Pancakes was the only redeeming choice. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience at this Sunset Grill location. Exercise caution if considering a visit.Parking: This parking lot is shared with the Shoppers Drug Mart and multiple other stores so it will be difficult to park during operating hours.

The quality of the food here has gone way downhill since I was here a year ago.Potatoes were dry and tasted like they’d been nuked. The pancakes were seriously horrible. Hard cardboard like on the outside, thin, and pasty on the inside. I sent them back and the second batch came back worse.Either the management doesn’t taste their own food, or they don’t know how good food is supposed to taste.Such a shame.
