Had the most wonderful experience at dinner tonight! Our server Lauren was AMAZING! She really made our time here memorable, and made sure we were taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better server and will be returning soon!

Went in sat down ordered soup and garlic loaf after waiting 40 minutes the waitress returned infoming the table that soup would be another 30 minutes but after 20 min they brought it to the table and it was less then Luke warm. The chicken was dry and stringy. This was our third and time eating there.

A very nice Swiss Chalet, I will say. Service was incredible, especially for a chain like Swiss. Very kind older lady serviced us and was lovely. And the chicken was perfectly cooked. Nice job to this location!

Old decor. Food was good and was a good size portion. Staff was friendly and checked a couple of times to see if we needed anything, refills , sauce etc. Was a better deal then the mall.

Came on Thanksgiving. Waited 20 minutes to be even greeted. Ordered food but their thanksgiving special , they didn’t even have stuffing left. And for the pumpkin pie, they told us at the end they didn’t have pumpkin anymore.
Our appetizers came but no utensils and no small plates. We had to ask twice for them.
Server was decently rude but I get it who wants to work on thanksgiving. Wouldn’t hurt if she smiled a little.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried placing an order for delivery online then I called as they said it was closed. Called 2 times but yet your establishment online said it was open until 9pm it is currently 5:59. When I called the toll free number they said this location was closed for delivery… however I went on uber to see what other options I have and guess what came up? Swiss chalet. Weird how it’s closed for delivery but not closed with uber??? WILL NOT be coming back here for any meals and will urge others to do the same. I would also like to point out it is not thanksgiving day it’s Sunday.
I will never order from this location again. I ordered ribs+chicken+seasoned rice. The rice was stale. Like it was old, made a few days ago. I spit it back out as soon as I tasted it. The ribs were so poorly done. The chicken was not bad but not the best. Never donating $ to them again.

Walked in on a Friday night at apx 6:30pm. The restaurant was mostly empty with a few workers. We waited apx 5 mins to be seated with staff walking by towards the kitchen and not acknowledging us. Finally, we were seated with an apology for waiting. The waitress took a while to come over after we were seated. We decided to order all our food at once since it seemed like wait times would be long. It took 10 mins to get our drinks, and after another 15 mins, we asked where our garlic loaf was. A different server apologized and brought it out a few minutes later, and it seemed like it was cooked in the microwave. More people started coming into the restaurant and waited a while to be seated as well. Later, the waitress came out to say they had run out of wings. Our food came a short while later which tasted good. I guess they ran out of serving bowls for the gravy because it came in a take out bowl. Also, no water/finger bowls were given at the end. Our waitress came over and said she was sorry for all the waiting and running out of wings. They ended up taking the app off the bill without us asking. After we finished our meal, the plates sat for apx 20 mins, and our waitress was MIA. We ended up calling someone else over who got our waitress from the back. She came with the bill, and we also noticed our drinks were taken off the bill too (also without us asking). Mains were good, but this last visit spoiled it for us, and we will not be back. We ended up leaving at 8 pm...

It was extremely busy because they were short staffed even though most of the restaurant was empty. We waited a long time to get seated. Elizabeth was awesome and great service. Food was really good.

Hi I had a coupon for 2 can dine I had the quarter chicken the chicken was so tasty and I love the famous chalet sauce was delicious and I decided to have apple pie with ice cream was very good choice the pie was so tasty and the server was amazing she was also the part time manger excellent service and very tidy restaurant cheers.
