The food quality is horrible for the price. And it truly is getting worse. How can someone justify selling two regular shell tacos and small fries at $10.00 the shells taste stale and the meat is not properly heated.
I will say that the staff do their best to offer good service, but that should go hand in hand with edible food at reasonable price points. Cold fries, unsanitary kitchen, Grade D beef is not it.

I'm a huge Taco Bell fan I love the options of KFC and Taco Bell together in one location but I had a horrible experience with the quality of Taco Bell food. It would be one thing if it wasn't $20 bucks for 3 tacos and a fries supreme but the taco wraps were stale, fries supreme was stale and hard. It just wasn't really presentable or barely passing edible. I work in the mall and definitely gonna be passing on this location from now on. The workers were nice and the location was quite messy and also not very appealing.

not sure what’s up with the taco in the photo, it was soaked so i didn’t eat it. EVERY time i order from here (usually i get delivery) they forget something or mix something up.
this time i went in myself and they’re clearly understaffed. the staff working there are friendly, and clearly doing what they can but i won’t be back for a long time

Before you order your food, consider looking at the back wall, the gloves that hang there. Well those gloves touch a dirty wall, where things get washed, yes we all eat germs from that disgusting wall. I took a photo because it looks the same as two weeks ago. Warning look at the wall before ordering your food and reconsider. They aren’t clean and if they are you got a piece of the wall in your food

Worst Taco Bell to order from is the Pickering Town Center. Always gets our order wrong or items are missing and you pay for them anyway. I don't have a vehicle so I order delivery and my recent order was missing a Taco and a thing of Fries. My whole order I put in for Mild Sauce packets and all the ones we received are Hot Sauce packets. I try to order from the Ajax location but sometimes their app chooses the location for you and I dread everytime it comes from the Pickering Town Center. Guess I'm out food and money now and will no longer be ordering from Taco Bell at all. $70 I paid and didn't get my whole order and things were incorrect. Never again.

Ordered 3 meals from Tacobell website, picked up from Pickering town centre via Doordash. 1 meal arrived. They credited 2 meals back. A soft taco combo just cost me $31 including a prepaid tip and now 2 of 3 of us are hungry. Why would I order online again?
