Thai Express Restaurant Pickering

I recently tried the Basil Chicken Fried Rice at Thai Express, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavor was perfect — fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked exactly how I requested. You can really tell they care about both taste and quality.
The person who took my order was very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Great customer service and great food. Highly recommend!

I've ordered takeout from this location a few times now, and everytime without fail, it reminds me why I shouldn't. The noodles are always dry and flavourless, I've been given the wrong items and things are undercooked. The fact they leave the tails on the shrimp is disappointing and inconvenient, and tonight I was looking forward to trying the lobster, but without so much as a phone call, they substituted it for shrimp, and gave me drinks I will not drink. I've set a reminder on my phone home screen to never get from this location ever again.

I’m not usually the type of person who writes reviews, but I had to this time. I stopped by today and saw a new cashier I think she’s new. She was very kind, polite, and had such a beautiful smile! I even asked her name but forgot she really made a great impression.

I ordered Pad See Ew, and it was absolutely delicious fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The service was amazing, and the food was perfect. I’ll definitely come again and highly recommend this place!

The quality of the food is so bad. They just give you lots of noodle with small chicken: even the noodle lack of seasoning, the wok taste,, this is the worst thai express I ever tried.. I wonder how they can survive in this economy. Definitely not coming back!

The lady at the cash counter was rude while I was confirming if my food was gluten free( as I am highly allergic). She was confused between vegan and gluten free.
