Thai Express Restaurant Pickering

I always liked their food, I would always order through Uber but since it's very close to us I went to pick up and the Asian girl who took the order was very rude, her accent is hard to understand therefore I was being very polite and asking her to repeat what she said and she was very angry and kept on rolling eyes. Stick to Uber eats never visit them and order, she will spoile it for you. Very disappointed.

Last week we went to this store and ordered a spicy chicken fried rice with pineapple, but it wasn't spicy at all and had no pineapple. There were very few vegetable and almost no sauce. This was the second time that this happened and when we told them, they said this was how it was supposed to be made. I ordered the same thing at the Thai express at the Eaton centre and it had a lot of vegetables and sauce and this one didn't even have even 10% of that quality for the same price. After this I realized how much they are cheating with their food.

The best! Our go to for Chicken Pad Thai for our family. They prepare them fast, fresh, great full portions that can fill two of us with one order and it’s always delicious. The best part is that they’re available on Uber Eats so that we don’t have to go in to the mall to get it. Our kids are a huge fan from 6 years old to 15 year olds. We add peanuts and have ours extra spicy.

My fiancé was eating his Beef fried rice we got tonight and he found this metal piece in the food. Thankfully he noticed it or else it would have been eaten. Please be careful with what you deliver in the food.

Got the beef pad thai here today . Was asked how hot I want it. I said make is ashot as you can make it. Since I'm a big lover of hot food. And they do well at doing the different establishments. The girl on the glasses having a conversation in her ear piece she would of told the her Co worker that does the dish this information.i can see where sometimes if busy you can misplace info. But I was the only one there at that time. So now I have a boring pad thai. People at work should not be in conversation at work while taking orders at the same time.

The mall needs to remove this place. I asked for beef they gave me chicken $18 for literally what the other restaurants across from them, give you more food than this I’m just very disgusted on how I asked for beef I said it three times to the woman and I still got chicken Pickering Town Centre take this place outttt give us a Chipotle please

Usually enjoy the chicken pad Thai. Ordered tonight via Uber eats. Since when does chicken pad Thai come with chicken balls? Paid for broccoli and it wasn't added. I dunno who was cooking tonight but this was the worst I had from here :(

I got sick with my stomach last night—such poor quality food, with burned oil from the woke and roasted sauce and spices.I had a stomach burn until now, one day later.I can't believe I paid $27 to get sick. Do not spend your money to get sick.Even for FREE, it isn't worth eating.

Extremely low quality of food, the sauce and oil from the pan that have done many uses of cook. Couldn’t digest and going to the washroom for 24 hours. ?Thankfully I put half in the garbage and didn’t get sick more!So unfortunate I paid $30 for something like it.

This place sets a new all time low record for service and quality standards. First, when I approached the counter, I was literally greeted with a rude "What do you want", as were the customers after me, as if we were bothering them by bringing them business?! Then, I was ordering a few dishes for family and for every one, on choice of protein she assumed chicken instead of asking openly what the protein choice was. I also had questions about the menu and the different options for adding extras or subbing out some things for other things but she seemed so bothered by my questions (she was literally rolling her eyes, including when I said I wanted something else than chicken as the choice of protein) and didn't seem to want to consider anything but the menu default options, even though the things I was asking about are also all options on the menu. This struck me as very odd since if a customer is asking about options that include an additional charge, wouldn't they want that upsell? Third, despite being so annoyed at my non-chicken choice of protein, my order was wrong: I got chicken, and there was also a mistake on another one of the menu options I selected. And last but not least, to top it all off, as I was waiting for my order, I saw the chef literally take the metal ladel he was using to stir-fry the dishes he was preparing and PUT IT TO HIS MOUTH TO TASTE THE DISH, and then he proceeded to continue using it to cook with!!! Would not recommend going here.

Terrible food and terrible service.

Didn't open at 10:30 as advertised. Terrible management cannot even update business hours. Really putting in the bare minimal effort.

You specifically ask for NON SPICY and i went home with 3 orders ALL spicy. $45 straight at the garbage.
