The Herb House - Pickering

I called the store this morning Jan 4/2025 at 11:45 am & asked if they were carrying LIONS MANE made by PURICA & the girl was so out of it didn’t even know what I was talking about dumb as a doorknob walked around to look on the shelves said she was new & if it was poss to call me back so inexperienced & not helpful at all language barrier couldn’t understand English at all so dissatisfied & disappointed how could store ever hire such a unknowledgeable person disgruntled cx

Sometimes it’s best to just promote products and its benefits, and not pry into people’s personal health history unless they are comfortable sharing with you. Theres no reason why you should be asking if someone’s body weight is because of genetics or if it’s because of their own doing. People are too comfortable these days.

It's really refreshing to walk into a place of business and have an encounter with a complete stranger. Only to discover a potential mentor towards my pursuit of health & wellness. See you again real soon my friend.

My naturopath told me about Herb House, so I decided to go there to buy some loose leaf teas. The lady working there was so nice, she helped me find the tea I was looking for and took my name and number because one of the teas I wanted was out of stock. I highly recommend Herb House to anyone looking for loose teas or other herbal products.

Great customer service and very friendly staff

Following my doctor's appointment, I stumbled upon a natural health services establishment within the same plaza. Intrigued by the idea of obtaining Wild Yam Cream, I ventured inside to make an inquiry. The staff proved to be remarkably affable and inviting. Although they diligently searched for the product at my request, it was unfortunately not in stock. Recognizing their commitment, I willingly shared my name and contact number. The staff generously offered to conduct a more extensive search and assured me they would follow up with a call. This willingness to go above and beyond left a strong impression on me and earned my gratitude. Noteworthy is the store's impeccable cleanliness and efficient organization.

Second time picking up natural sleep aids from this location. This place was recommended to me by a friend who lives nearby. It is now my go-to for whenever I'm in the Pickering area. Friendly staff and the product they recommended for sleep (Natural Factors - Tranquil Sleep) helped me a great deal as a new mom. I was able to get my sleep back on track while using this product and now I swear by it. Melatonin and other otc sleep aids have proven to be ineffective for me, so I'm glad the staff here were able to help me find something that's natural and works!

Great location and top quality natural health products available at this store! I was happy to come across this place close to my home. They have a product for almost all your needs and the customer service was exceptional - she knew what she was talking about!
