As a Persian, I know good kebab — and The Kebab Shoppe in Pickering absolutely nailed it. The koobideh (sheath kebab) was juicy, flavorful, and authentic. The rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the staff were genuinely polite, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving quality Persian cuisine!
Tried this spot with my wife, she had the Chapli Kabob Wrap and loved it. I got the Kabob Combo 2; the tandoori skewer was great, but the beef shish kabob wasn’t the greatest. Portion size was generous, easily feeds two. A bit pricey for what it is, but overall a decent meal.
