I've been over-charged here before; thought it was going to be a one off occurrence. Figured I'd give it another chance, and lo-and-behold, it's happened again. I get that it can be difficult to keep track of bills of large tables over the span of an evening, but charging a person for more than 3 drinks more than they ordered and then gaslighting them after the fact is pretty poor in my opinion. Not impressed, but at this point, it's what I expect.

Every time I go there to order something they make the food beyond my expectations. The chiefs know how to cook and the wait staff is always nice. This place has a nice vibe. I'd check it out if you're in the Durham region.
Met a friend for brunch, we ended up having sliders and Margherita pizza. Sliders were fresh and yummy. Pizza was amazing! Prices were great!

I recently visited this restaurant with my friend for dinner on December 30, 2024, and we were very disappointed with the customer service. There seemed to be a shortage of servers, which resulted in long wait times and further diminished the quality on service. My friend's food came out before mine and I waited another 15min. for my food to arrive. I asked the waiter to add on a salad not knowing it would come after I was full from eating my dinner. My friends burger was served with 2 bottom of the buns. I cant lie I ordered the rib and wing combo and it tasted good. We enjoyed the wings. I believe because of the shortage of staff, we were not checked on to see if we were good at the table. I held my tongue up until I got the bill. I noticed that I was charged incorrectly for several items on my bill. The manager did remove the item but their digital menu and the menu in the restaurant did not have the correct prices. When I questioned the waiter on why the menus online and in restaurant are different, she proceeds to tell me that she took off $5.00 for the fries like she did me a favor. I asked if the fries could be substituted, so it shouldn't have been charged in the first place! I asked to speak to the manager and asked why is there is different prices for the digital and in restaurant menus and he proceeds to tell me that it is an old menu from the previous owner. This added to the frustration and left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall service. I believe that customer service and accurate billing are crucial aspects of any restaurant, and these incidents were disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues and ensures that all staff members are trained to handle customer interactions with respect and professionalism, and that billing procedures are reviewed for accuracy and update digital menu because it is false advertisement.

I’ve been to this pub a few times over the years. Our most recent dining experience was disappointing. The pancakes were tough, and came with two sad pieces of bacon. The nachos barely had any cheese, and the paper they were served on melted into the chips. Server seemed bothered by us. Only good thing is their prices.

This is the 1st time into this location. I went to have a brunch with my family for labour day weekend, I was so dissapointed. The food was not warm enough and took long time . one of the order Canadian Burger breakfast menu, the egg, bacon and cheese was not with the order but in the menu, we mention to the server she went in spoke to the cook only answer was sorry.
It was a very bad experince no more and no recomand this place to anyone
