Worst customer service. The staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. They charged me more than what I was supposed to be charged, when I went back to get a refund, they told me the team working at the time of purchase was different I understood them went inside since they told me to come inside the store. The staff were very unprofessional and was talking rude, I was keeping cool and they told me to come tomorrow I told I won’t be able to come tomorrow and if they could resolve it, then the staff who was talking got all worked up and was very unprofessional. Then a lady named Sabrina came and resolved it. She was the only staff that knew how to cool down the situation and explained everything properly and told me that it was fine to come when I find it convenient. Would appreciate if the management could do something about the staff.

This location is amazing!!! I just recently opened a business (Step By Step Club - a fitness studio + kids play center) in Pickering. We ordered coffee and timbits to celebrate our one year anniversary - our guests were so appreciative!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We often order coffee when we host kids birthday parties. I love that they support local businesses! Huge shout out to Kathy & her team - they are phenomenal.
