While I was waiting in line, this lady came up and complained about how long the line was—said it was all the way to the door. But let me just say this: I’ve been coming to this Tim’s for a while now, and even when the line is long, I still wait. Because my order? It’s worth it. And let’s not forget—these people are just doing their job. So kudos to the staff for working hard and keeping things moving

If I could give 6/5 I would The staff here has been holding it down and giving me excellent service since I was literally 6 years old I cant list names but genuinely everyone here Veteran staff and new are all excellent providing above and beyond service every time I come in Timmies is no michelin star restaurant but with these guys it may as well be Always on point and they know my regular order everytime I walk in. It makes me feel very appreciated as a customer. I got genuine love for these guys forreal. Amazing stuff

The morning staff are very nice and timely; especially at drive thru. Thank you for the kind and customer service oriented staff. My only recommendation would be the quality of the food prep. There have been times where I order a wrap or bagel; they are missing ingredients or done poorly.

The reason why I go inside this Tim's everyday is because of the amazing customer service provided by the staff! Yalem knows my Iced Capp order off by heart, and Whida makes the best bagels! This entire team is awesome and full of extremely hard workers :)
