This location is amazing!!! I just recently opened a business (Step By Step Club - a fitness studio + kids play center) in Pickering. We ordered coffee and timbits to celebrate our one year anniversary - our guests were so appreciative!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We often order coffee when we host kids birthday parties. I love that they support local businesses! Huge shout out to Kathy & her team - they are phenomenal.

This Tim Hortons is like a breath of fresh air compared to most Tim Hortons these days. No wonder many people come here and don’t mind the long queues. The small lady supervisor is very friendly. It’s also clean for the most part

I was blown away by the customer service at this Tim Hortons location. The staff are incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The quality of the Dark Roast coffee keeps me coming back compared to other Tims & the food also exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!
