I’ve visited this location few times in the morning around 7 a.m. on my way home from work. Each time, I ordered a bagel double toasted with butter, but they never actually double toast it. The coffee also tastes different each time.
Yesterday, I even added “double toast must” to my order, but they still gave me the same under-toasted bagel, and the butter wasn’t spread well. There were no other cars in the drive-through except ours, and three employees were working, so I don’t understand why the service has been so inconsistent.
Love the ambience the staff is so helpful!!

Wanted 2 chocolate ice capps made with chocolatemilk. This is just milk with chocolate syrup. The buddy who got the other one agrees, trash. Also 2 bagel belts with zero butter or w.e they put on it. Very disappointing.

Went through the drive through and placed an order, the lady (Kay) made an error and instead of fixing it, she was rude, told us that’s what she heard us order and closed the window in our face.
When we went in to reorder our drinks, I was then treated terribly by Kay and the other employee working refused to serve me. I wasn’t looking for free drinks, I was insistent on paying for the replacements.
I asked to speak with a manager and they told me there isn’t one working there.
A minute later a manager showed up and was very kind, apologized for the inappropriate behaviour from her employees and remade our drinks.
I’d say it’s the worst service I’ve ever received at a Tim Hortons if it wasn’t for the “manager” being so kind and making it right.

Super busy spot. Due to it being close to the airport, there are a lot of people who come to wait at this location. Very hard to find a parking spot. Always a long line up. Service is really quick

The staff; Tarun has excellent customer service! He was attending to many of us at the same time which he did exceptionally.
They don’t even make drinks full size. I asked for iced cap and got very less amount in it.
When you MESS UP someone’s order, and they have to spend TIME AND MONEY fixing YOUR mistake, the LEAST you can do is APOLOGIZE to the customer for the inconvenience. FFS!!!! Better TRAINING is obviously REQUIRED
