Don’t come here often. Usually go to the Tim Hortons down by the lights near the highway. ✨Little hidden gem✨ I decided to walk in because the drive thru looked alil long, It was deff alil busy today through the drive thru and you could see they were trying their best but as soon as I walked in I was greeting by a friendly lady, I believe she had strawberry blonde or light brown hair? Kinda short. She said hello! We will be with you in a min or 2, which no Tim Hortons does. I was watching my time cause I was in a rush and it didn’t take her even 3 mins to get to me, so she can deff multi task with customers, when she came up you could tell she was in a busy mode trying to get her orders out but she didn’t let it show, especially I also had alil bit of an attitude not going to lie, I was just having a bad morning and was maybe alil dull towards her or came off as snobby but… she proceeded to greet me with a friendly positive attitude even tho I was dull and cranky, which made me go back to my car and reflect on myself and how I need be kinder in the world like her, even on crappy days.
And tbh I have to say she makes the BEST hazelnut Ice Capps. Ohmygosh! If I could hire her just to personally make mine everyday I would. Iv been to soooo many Tim Hortons and this one was the best. I think I might have to replace my go to Tim Hortons with this location!!
But just wanted to appreciate her personality and her hard work, it’s really hard to find good people like her. She makes Tim Hortons look good again.

The room looked like it was always smokey,and the counters are always unclean, rings on counters from cups and very dirty around cash area.wasnt my greatest tims experience
Horrible service. Happy mother's day.!!People who ordered food before us kept the line held up for 20 minutes . U should ask them to wait outside the line until their food is ready so other people dont need to wait. Whole purpose of drivethrough is lost. Short staff too i think.
