Wait times are terrible. Tim Hortons keeps adding more complicated items to its menu with zero regard for the impact to service. I don’t think I can stop for coffee anymore… (drive thru). The staff here are nice. Not about them.

This was one of the worst interactions I have had at a Tim Hortons (I travel for my job so I have been to MANY). When taking my order 3 different people were jumping in and speaking. No one was listening to me. They were rude with no pleasantries like please or thank you. Got to the window and no one knew what my order was and drove away and low and behold- the order is wrong and I was charged for a hashbrown that I didn't even order. Slow it down- use your ears and be polite to people!!

Went to get food at 10.24pm, lady at speaker told us, that they don’t have any sandwiches or food available other than baked goods and coffee, upon asked why they are not serving food she said it’s closing time when It was still 35 mins to closing! Disappointed

I was ordering donuts and noticed a WASP on the donuts inside the glass display.
I brought it up to the person packing the donuts for me and she did not even acknowledge what I said.
Is a WASP on our food now considered acceptable? How about you acknowledge what I just said and my concern? Where are the hygiene standards?
A wasp in front of our eyes. I wonder what happens where we can't see.
Tim Horton's standard is now equivalent to a street food vendor.
