I just got a iced coffee from the drive through and got home JUST TO FIND A HAIR IN MY CUP. For reference I never opened the lid and my hair is light brown so it cant be mine. AND ITS LITERALLY INSIDE THE CUP.

My only complaint is that there is no running water in the accessible washroom.

This is one of the best Tims I have been to. Kids love the place as well. Recently had a Santa event for the kids. Best service and clean and friendly environment for all.

Ridiculous amount of waiting time in drive thru. Get new staff that know how to take more than one order at a time and hurry a line. Never to return. Bad management that allow this
By far the worst Tim Hortons ever, they take forever with your order, tell you to wait when your approaching the drive thru window, and then the order is always wrong and on top of that I didn’t even get a proper bagel, I got to bottom half’s of an everything bagel, who does that, it is beyond me why I even go to this location still, then don’t even greet you at the window, just pushes the machine at you to pay and give you your wrong order, no hello, no have a good day, no nothing, all staff at this location should get some training as none of them have basic people skills

I went inside to order and decided to stay in and eat with my 4 year old daughter. My hands were full and Charles was nice enough to bring my order to our table. This great customer service!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this specific Tim Hortons and it’s only gone downhill over time.
Me and my boyfriend went through the drive-through and it took the worker 3 times to understand the coffee order…they STILL got it wrong. I ordered a loaded rice bowl with slow-cooked chicken…they gave me a loaded WRAP with CRISPY chicken. My boyfriend ordered a sausage farmers wrap…they gave him a BACON regular breakfast wrap. After all of this, they didn’t give us a receipt so we couldn’t even turn back and get this corrected. We had to go elsewhere because I can’t have gluten.
Slow-cooked sounds nothing like crispy.
Wrap sounds nothing like bowl.
Sausage sounds nothing like bacon.
Farmers sounds nothing like regular.
Safe to say this is my last time going to this location. But hey, the Tim bits were correct at least. Great job guys.

Potentially one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I've ever visited. Customer service is non-existent. When you pull up on the drive-thru, the staff is too busy talking amongst themselves to even make eye contact with you. They do not give you napkins with your order and the bagels are not made properly. If you ask for extra butter, they slap the entire container in the bagel and then you end up ruining your clothing because when you open the bagel, the butter has melted and of course, you have no napkins. A few weeks back when I visited, I found a hair in my bagel. I was already pressed for time but had to get out of the car and go inside to let them know. The last straw was yesterday when I pulled up at the drive-thru and was waiting to be served. Another vehicle pulled in after me at the next lane and was served before me. I decided at that point I would no longer give this location any more money. I drove to the location at Brock and the 401. The were 4 cars ahead of me and I was served in under 3 minutes. I was greeted with a smile, my bagel was perfectly made with love and I got napkins! It's the little things that go the distance with customers. We spend alot of money to keep these establishments going, the least they can do is provide us with great service.

One of the worst tim hortons, unfortunately it’s the closest one to where I live. Went last week and they were out of timbits and chocolate donuts, went yesterday and they made the worst ice capp I have ever tasted and again were out of timbits, and the two different donuts I asked for. Again, went today and their ice Capp machine is down and again, missing half the things I asked for in their menu. Just made the drive to another Tim Hortons where everything was available. What a waste of time.

Come in a rush for tea, requesting OAT MILK. GET SERVICED REGULAR KILK, thank you for the complete waste. Focus on correct orders over being timely
