Went at 2:55 PM firstly you dont have roll up glasses and its a offer from tim hortons going on i didnt got the roll up on asking the girl there idk her name no name tag* saying we dont have secondly making faces while ordering punching wrong order i feel like why i am here had to repeat order legit 3 times , this has not been first time it has happened couple of times now ,

We went to Tim’s at 9 p.m. tonight. We waited in line in the drive thru for so long. When we got to the window we realized the poor woman working was ALONE! She was doing everything by herself! How is this possible? She was so kind but clearly exhausted and doing her best. Do better Tim Hortons. There’s tons of people that are looking for jobs. I’m sure you can find people to work so this poor woman didn’t have to be alone.

I got yelled at by a girl in drive thru.. i was making the order on saturday and she said wait.. and then i said ok after i placed in and came to the window my kids decided they dont want timbits they want donuts the lady rolled her eyes and took my order while turning her back.. the kitchen was really a chaos... after she came back with my order i said the customer service is not the same where is the manager and then she yelled at me and cussed with all her accents and then employees ran and said sorry she is not having a good day.. Tim Hortons Fire her immediately. When i first moved to the area this tim hortons was unlike any tim hortons clean great service.. after 2 years new students were getting there hours in and new managers started bringing there own people which is fine.. but the place is dirty in every angle you go through drive threw the kitchen is garbage.. they mess up the order. Please bring the old management and old system back the ones you have are dirty.
