I ordered a French vanilla and they gave me and my freinds cold watered down French vanilla.They did not even l gave us the sleeves too.And their service are the worst.The other time I ordered hot chocolate they gave me hot chocolate that tasted spoiled .1 month ago they gave me triple triple without sugar and there was only one guy out of all girls who completed my order.These guy still works there. Got a very bad attitude problem as well

Ever since the Tim Hortons at Pickering City Centre has been taken over by new owners and new management and they fired almost all employees that have worked there for years. The service has gone down hill. The lines goes through the food court, you wait on an average 20 minutes plus every day all day to get a drink/food. They run out of food by afternoon. None of this happened before EVER for the 7 years I’ve worked in this mall. I don’t go there anymore. I know A-LOT of mall employees and regulars don't anymore. I would love to give less than 1 star.
