I'd have given them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service. The guy with the specs was clearly told to put extra biscoff crumbs for which they already charged me 50 cents. However, when I got my large size biscoff iced cap they put it similar to what they put for a medium sized iced cap. When I asked to put more the guy told me he can't put more. I'm not sure if they're saving their store money for refusing to put more crumbs.

I had a great experience at this location. I ordered a medium iced cap and the staff got my order ready quickly, despite it being a busy morning. They were very friendly and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

Ever since the old owner Paul sold the store, the business is horrible. The staff are horrible and management treats staff horrible too! And the 5 star reviews on here are from staff that work here. So it doesn’t count.

This is more like a 3.5. So I'm visiting from out of town and this place I was highly recommended. I tried the chicken habanero wrap combo and chose a donut and refresher lemonade. I was a bit confused by everything because I'm not from here. The drink was good , the wrap was ok and the donut was ok. I think I was expecting more of a wow but it was just like meh. Staff was friendly though
