I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons. This morning, we ordered breakfast, and the person taking our order clearly heard us—he even repeated everything back correctly. However, when we got our food and came home, we noticed several issues. Our egg and cheese sandwiches were on English muffins instead of biscuits, I found a piece of eggshell in my sandwich, and instead of one cream and one sugar in the coffee, they gave us a double-double.
One mistake is understandable, but three mistakes in a single order is unacceptable.

This is probably one of the laziest Tim Horton's I've ever been to... I also travel all over the province so I go to many Tim Horton.

The staff don't care, they have no urgency when taking your order and it seems like I'm inconveniencing them by asking for a tea and a donut. The tables are always dirty. Avoid if you don't need that caffeine fix.

Just ordered a turkey bacon club and it was cut and the rest of the bun was ripped to Pieces open the bag and its all over my clothes

I only give a 1 Star because I couldn't give a 0, the customer service here is awful, they are so slow, omg!! I waited almost 25 mins for an order. I'm never coming back to this place.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 742 Kingston Rd in Pickering, and I had a fantastic experience! The manager, Erlinda, truly stands out with her exceptional customer service. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect with my order.

The coffee was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. I also appreciated the quick service during the morning rush. It's clear that Erlinda leads her team well and values customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this location.

3 trips in the span of 1 hour to get a large steep tea with 1 CREAM & 1 Milk.....
First attempt lack of smiles and customer service friendliness first thing on a Sunday morning and they gave same drink but MILK in stead CREAM.***( PLEASE NOTE- same exact thing happened to me on Saturday)
Second attempt, went home as I was getting it for my sick mother in bed sho comes to this location for the past 5 years on a regular. They, of course, got the order wrong, so I went again asking for the manager, but this person introduced themself as the supervisor. I explained the situation, and she gave me a LARGE REGULAR COFFEE WITH CREAM & SUGAR. Again, go home and come back to this ridiculous start to my Sunday morning.
Third attempt, went in and spoke to a great person on their team apologies and assured they empathize with my frustration gave a complimentary crossiant, asked for the order again and for whatever reason the drink looked like they added milk instead of cream, when I went back she assured they put cream and even checked the machine, I ended up asking for a refund for all this Hassel. The second person who I spoke with was on break and came back not really caring ehat happened. I felt very disappointed with the quality of standard, the poor listening skills, and the lack of empathy from my initial two people I spoke to. I appreicate those who do that job but there comes a sense of accountabilty I write this so those who showed lack of attention to my order must understand many ppl incorporate this part of their day to day routine and to be put through such as hastle and disrespect is very saddening to see. Luckily, I went to another location, and they had no issue securing my order right away. I don't understand the point of getting orders out on time if the orders are not correct and if the customer service is underwhelming, I hope no one else go through thos fustrating start to their, if so please do catious when getring your daily order from this location.

My friend and I were at this Tim Hortons this early evening. We ate in. I bought a small coffee and took 2 sips very, very strong. I had cream and sweetner in. Still horrible. Worse Timmies for coffee.
