Check your drinks! This is not the first time this has happened.. 2 white hot chocolate’s 3/4 full and COLD. This needs to stop and be rectified

Yesterday around 8:30 pm , we went to Tim Horton Liverpool and Bayly with our family as soon as we ordered and sat down the students working there started to make noises and we found smoke with bad smell coming out from the kitchen when I went to ask one of the students he said in a very rude way we are cleaning the kitchen , I asked at what time do you close he said 11 O’clock , smoke coming on us with a bad smell as if they can’t wait for us to finish our drinks and leave , we used to love going there but customer service now is very bad.

Unprofessional and Rude Behavior
I am a regular visitor at this location, and until today, I never needed to use the washroom. Being a girl and having placed an order through the drive-thru, I needed to use the facility. Upon entering the store, I discovered that the washroom was out of service.
An employee noticed me and she rudely told me it was closed. Another employee, who was polite and understanding, mentioned to the first one that I could use a different washroom, but the first employee flat-out denied it on my face while I stood there awkwardly. Disappointed, I left.
I fail to understand how such a large establishment does not ensure its washrooms are functional for customers. Moreover, having staff behave rudely especially in contrast to other kind employees overshadows the positive experience I would typically expect.
Basic courtesy and professionalism are the least a customer should expect in the food industry. Even if someone hasn’t ordered, emergencies happen, and customers should be treated with understanding and respect. I urge the management to train employees, including managers, on proper customer service and professional behavior. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

I’m giving 5 stars for their exceptional service and delicious food! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, and everything was served promptly. I ordered an IceCap and it was fresh and flavourful, exactly what I needed to relax. The friendly smile of the staff member made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
