Manager Richa has shown unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour while regarding her staff. Constantly laughing, gossiping in the view of patrons inside, about her coworkers. Ive been coming here every few days for almost two years and never expected something like this to come from a manager about their employees. No longer feeling welcomed in after seeing how she treats staff, seems very two faced. If that's how she is with staff I can only imagine what she's like with customers after they leave.

I ordered double double but the staff made it regular and after that they were laughing with each other as if I am fool. And this is the only tims near my home I hope the manager correct these behavior of workers.
Love the place after renovation. The staff are professional and very friendly. I come almost everyday and they are always welcoming with beautiful smiles.

I have to say it took a LOT for me to write this as I’ve wanted to keep believing the team at this location would improve…but it’s been 3 years of living in the area and going to this location where it’s a consistently dreadful experience. I was SO uncomfortable at this location several months ago at the way a young male was berating his coworkers that I actually stepped in to defend them. They are also probably the most disorganized team out of any local Tim’s. (Not the worst food, but by the far the worst environment and culture). Constant fighting and swearing, dirty looks and scoffs to each other. I felt a need to finally write this after going to this location today (as I do every morning) and it took over 35 mins to get a Medium DD and a sandwich. Customers were complaining left right and center, orders were being missed - an uber driver even came in to find out they gave the order to some random person? (I also shouldn’t know these things, learn to coach staff in areas away from the customer?). The only person doing any work there today was the GM. I asked if they were the manager (I could just tell) and when they replied they were the GM, I let them know it was like this everyday and has been for years. I could see the GM massively overwhelmed and correcting mistakes every few minutes (there were THAT many). They tried to say it’s because of the new renos, to which I clarified that this has been an ongoing and consistent experience for customers at this location long before the reno. The GM had to keep telling this one member of staff to go back on till and clear the line because they just kept walking away and doing random things while 10-15 people were waiting to order. This one older couple in front me had to wait 20 mins for 2 coffees — they couldn’t believe it. While the reno looks much nicer, this team is need of a serious reno themselves. The only reason I didn’t leave and go to Starbucks across the street was because I knew it would take another 30+ mins to get a refund!
EDIT: Came back to say it’s took about 2 months to resolve, I had to loop in a member of the parent company team to get my complaint looked into, only for the store manager to ignore both of our emails in a thread before finally offering a $20 gift card. (I was told they have no control over corporate control over the location and supporting customers since it’s a franchised spot. (Photos attached to show the abysmal service here)

The weekday drive-thru staff is terrible. My drinks and food are consistently wrong or missing. I hate wasting my time returning repeatedly to get the correct order. I wouldn’t even bother going back to this location on weekdays anymore. The weekend staff, however, always gets my order right.

Check your drinks! This is not the first time this has happened.. 2 white hot chocolate’s 3/4 full and COLD. This needs to stop and be rectified
