Pleasure to have fresh coffee with oven fresh donuts 🍩 😋 in very cozy environments. 1725 Kingston Road Pickering. The amazing thing about these coffee shops called Tom Hortons is that it offers a very friendly calm n cozy atmosphere. You feel like sitting chatting with friends for everyone n never want to leave. Isn't it Awsome.

If possible i would give zerothe cream cheese bagels have no cream in it. They only put a very small amount . When asked that this is not how you should make it they been very very rude specially Muneet. Saving cream cheese to take back home i think. 🤔

This Tim’s is great and always stocked. Also amazing and kind service. But there is a man who loiters in the drive thru and stands in front of peoples cars so they can’t ignore him, and asks for money. He has a very angry presence and called me a slur when I did not give him anything. If I typed out the slur here I would most likely get banned or blocked from this website. I have seen him twice in both times that I visited this location.

The staff are great but maybe there are not enough people on the morning shift, not sure. Per the bagel with cream cheese pic posted, we may need to start going to a different Tim's from now on as we expect consistent quality. Thank you.

I had give them 5 stars befor but lately their food, drinks happend to be law quality. Specialy the tea quality. Looks like to me when they don't have enough brewed tea, mixing with hot water. Many times I have got my tea taste like water.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
WORST COFFEE AND PATHETICALLY SERVED. If I could minus the star for service. They have these middle-aged server woman who thinks they own the place and usually are rude to customers. I had bad experience here before but never posted but this time I had to.
Went there for a drive-thru coffee on a Sunday evening. So my husband order 3 small double-double and 3 muffins. The response he got 'no I don't have that, anything else's so my husband ordered three classic donuts. She says okay! Mind you not a word after that- am I supposed to assume you are done taking order? Because We needed to order something else too. But she never responded after that. Anyways we pulled up to the window. The lady with a most annoying attitude just opens the window hands him the coffee ask him to pay(no smile, never said Hi, did not even looked at us) hands us the coffee(don't know what happened to the taste, it did I not taste anything like we usually order) and bangs the window. Now we are waiting for our donuts cause duh!! We paid for it.
She opens the window with her eyebrows and ask him 'what'. At this point I lost it and asked her is there something wrong with the system today or is just you who is annoyingly rude about something we are literally buying from you to which she replied I will get you your bill and. I said I don't want bill we just ordered donuts and waiting to get it she then hands us 1 donut. Aaarggghhh!!! My husband was so angry for ruining our mood with this such behavior. He parked the car and went inside to see the manager which of course he was not cause these staff won't call manager in such occasions. Anyways the same lady walks out with our donuts(ROCK COLD DONUTS) hearing that we demanded manager 'my husband was polite to ask her if she is new she said no she is experienced. He said you don't have to be in customer service if you don't want to, cause if you are then better learn some basic etiquettes of this profession.
He said thank you and walked out and to the OWNER YOU JUST LOST AN ENTIRE FAMILY AS YOUR CUSTOMERS AS WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK HERE.
