Very Poor Customer Service, a lot of people working in the store still lazy service. The staff is really rude. Food was being placed in the trays in Unhygienic way. No use of gloves.

You need to speak clearly at this location, they made my coffee wrong and then argued with me about what I ordered. Completely unprofessional. Check your change as well if paying cash.

Came here to pick up online mobile order. Didn’t have what I ordered and VERY limited food options. They’re apparently scared to make a new batch and still have all the food available on the app. The lady staff was very rude and didn’t guide me on how I can refund it through the app as she strongly said it was possible. Put in an online complaint that told me the store could only refund mobile order. They were just planning to profit off my order I couldn’t even get. Went back to get refund and was still refused. Then to back up her claim that refunds can be done through the app, she tried to show me how to refund on the app, and struggled as there was no option to do so as she strongly said. Even the other staff member said they can’t refund online and they would have to do it through the till. She was stubborn and still didn’t budge until after asking the other coworker multiple times. Finally ended up giving me a cash refund but still didn’t believe me when i offered to show her the email stating that it was possible.

THE DRINKS WERE DISGUSTING THEY CANT EVEN MAKE A PROPER ICECAP IT TASTED SO BITTER AND NASTY AND THEIR FRENCH VANILLA TASTED SO BAD I HAD TO THROW BOTH DRINKS OOUT AND THE TIMBIT BOX WAS COVERED OS SYRUP AND GLAZE IT WAS SO STICKY AND MADE A MESS I SPENT $30 ON THIS DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.THERES OTHER TIMS BY GO TO THAT.

Forced to leave a 1 star review. Last two trips was same incident and now again. Last three trip I ordered bagel with extra butter or cream cheese. And found almost nothing on it and had to go back. Happened again just now even after getting it back the second time there was a little butter nothing extra. Service and quality is going down across the board. I recommend checking your order before you leave the restaurant. You don’t want to be surprised.

This spot is my favourite for my everyday morning coffee . But the afternoons are worst. They dont know how to make hazelnut cold brew, i went through drive thru twice to fix and they gave me very bad hazelnut cold brew with lots of ice and no foam. The ones in the morning do it so perfectly. Afternoon are very upsetting.
