Love the timmies, I met a server there 5 years ago. Carrie knows me like family at this point.
Every friday I pay for the person behind me and she is always ready with the bill for me.

Worst tims ive ever been to... They mess up every order. Woman are very rude especially the white woman with curly hair .. food is always shit.. and they always rush you to get out of the drive through because they are moving too slow.

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,
I am writing to share feedback regarding an experience I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it may help improve the overall customer experience.
During my visit, I ordered a warm cup of tea. Unfortunately, the tea I received was served cold, which was both unexpected and disappointing. I had been looking forward to a comforting warm beverage, especially given the circumstances of the day, and receiving a cold tea instead compromised that experience.
Although I did not raise the issue at the time—partly due to time constraints and not wanting to cause any inconvenience—I felt it was still worth mentioning. I understand that your team is often busy and doing their best to provide efficient service, and I sincerely appreciate the effort your staff puts into serving customers every day.
That said, I would be grateful if this concern could be passed along to the relevant team as constructive feedback. Ensuring that hot beverages are double-checked before being handed to guests could go a long way in maintaining the high standard of quality and care that Tim Hortons is known for.

This is my most visited Tims location.
I get mostly drinks here so based my review on that.
I’ve never had an issue with my orders (which consist mostly of quenchers! They are the best, Mcdonalds could never and the Oreo ice caps?! 🤤) but most of all, I’ve never had an issue with the staff at the front desk. Everyone is generally nice and I appreciate that ☺️
I would recommend visiting this location for consistency with orders (especially for drinks)

Very rude behaviour by cashier lady at drive through window. She doesn’t feel like to working at Tim Hortons.

the worst possible service...
Very Poor Customer Service, a lot of people working in the store still lazy service. The staff is really rude. Food was being placed in the trays in Unhygienic way. No use of gloves.

You need to speak clearly at this location, they made my coffee wrong and then argued with me about what I ordered. Completely unprofessional. Check your change as well if paying cash.

Came here to pick up online mobile order. Didn’t have what I ordered and VERY limited food options. They’re apparently scared to make a new batch and still have all the food available on the app. The lady staff was very rude and didn’t guide me on how I can refund it through the app as she strongly said it was possible. Put in an online complaint that told me the store could only refund mobile order. They were just planning to profit off my order I couldn’t even get. Went back to get refund and was still refused. Then to back up her claim that refunds can be done through the app, she tried to show me how to refund on the app, and struggled as there was no option to do so as she strongly said. Even the other staff member said they can’t refund online and they would have to do it through the till. She was stubborn and still didn’t budge until after asking the other coworker multiple times. Finally ended up giving me a cash refund but still didn’t believe me when i offered to show her the email stating that it was possible.
