I had a really disappointing experience at the Pickering Tim Hortons. The staff ignored me, got my order wrong, and when I politely asked for a straw, they just closed the window in my face. Very rude and unprofessional. I usually like Tim Hortons, but this location has terrible service and isn’t a good place to visit regularly.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Pickering Tim Hortons. The staff were ignoring me and didn’t take my order properly. I ordered a muffin, but they didn’t even provide napkins, and when I politely asked, they closed the window right in my face. That was really rude and disrespectful. I visit Tim Hortons often, but this location seriously needs to improve its customer service and staff attitude.

Worst tim hortons store customer service is very disappointing. Customers have to wait in a long queue whether it’s drive thru or front counter order. These people take so long to take and serve order. They should shut off the store.

So frustrated. Ordered a regular small iced cap and got some nasty tasting one with some sort of syrup in it. It also has much more sugar than the regular one. How hard can it be to make a normal iced cap?!

After taking the order then told there is no ice and asked if okat to serve Iced Coffee at room temperature? Really? Who would drink iced coffee at room temperature. If ice is running out then don't take orders.
While i arrive in drive thru i was really amazed by the speed of service . And the food i got was realy fresh .
