This Tim's service sucks; they always got some attitude and dont give napkins for food unless you ask. Go to the one on Kingston and Brock service n food is 10x better.

not sure if tim hortons corporation is telling all locations not to give napkins, but can someone tell me why every single time i come to a tim’s location they never give napkins. ever. every time i ask for one i get an eye roll from the employees. ever since tim’s sold the company the quality is down hill.

I ordered a 12 Grain bagel and when i went home and opens it, it was all burnt! THIS IS THE WORST FOOD THAT TIM HORTONS HAS OFFERED THIS PLACE USED TO BE GOOD, THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER CHEFS! IF I KNEW HOW TO ADD A PHOTO I WOULD ADD

I've been going to Tim Hortons for over 20 yrs . Never have i gotten the wrong order. The staff doesn't know the menu here. I ordered a classic sausage/egg and cheddar everything bagel.They gave me egg, lettuce, and tomato.. Without a glove, she added sausage and cheese and gave me the same bagel back. How do you get the order wrong twice, Worst Tim Hortons around.

WORST TIM HORTONS EVER…. They never fill your drinks to the top, they are never prepared for any type of rush, they claim to be 24hrs and close the store at random hours of the night, just tonight the cashier took my money when I asked for a hot chocolate then told me after making me wait 5 mins that they didn’t have any left … when I asked for my money back he was more focused on trying to get me to drink something else when I just wanted my money back … don’t waste your time coming here where none of the employees care about service
