The girl who's working there doesn't have decency, manners and professionalism to talk with the customers. She was shouting in front of her manager when I corrected her of not providing me black pepper for the potato wedges I ordered one. Worst experience ever. Stay away as far as you can especially from this Tim Hortons.

5 Star for customer service. I returned to this location (Liverpool Esso Gas Station) due to an issue with my steeped tea I purchased a few weeks ago. When I returned to express my concern that the cup was not filled up as it should have been, they did not ask questions they provided me with a new beverage. Customer service is spot on for this Tim Hortons!! Thank you

A fantastic spot for coffee with a great location. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring we got our order quickly since we were in a bit of a hurry.
