Went there today for lunch. The food was decent but the guy who took our order was constantly talking on the phone with his ear piece on while taking our order which was quite disrespectful and rude to begin with. My wife asked for an iced tea 3 times and when we took a bottle of iced tea from the fridge he was like I only charged you for cans whereas there was no canned iced tea available on the other fridge. He made us pay for the second time for the difference. Owner should train their employees on proper customer service skills.

Absolutely disgusted in the customer service for this so called business. Placed an order online at 1pm. Website stated it would be ready in 40 mins. Arrived at 1:45pm to an empty store. Stood there for five minutes, a worker comes in from his smoke break and helps me at the front to get my pick up. (Keeping in mind I have a 30 minute lunch, left the office at 1:35pm to pick up and get there for 1:45pm). Front staff can’t find my meal anywhere. He spends time looking for it and then calls another worker on the phone. Comes back to me and says he will make it now and it will be ready in five. At this point my break is up and I need to get back to the office and don’t have five minutes to spare, unless they wanted to call my boss and explain why I’m late. I just wanted my refund and oh boy was that a disaster. Between being shushhhhed multiple times by the manager, yelled at, disrespected and told I can’t get a refund and that I need to go to the company……. The owner at one point actually walked away mid conversation about the refund and left me and the worker there. Now I have heard some bad reviews about this place but really really enjoy the food so ignored the negative reviews I heard about and read about regarding respect and customer service. Boy was that a mistake. Stay clear from this place unless you wanna be disrespected, yelled at, talked to like an idiot, shushed, called mommmmmaa ten times, walked away on by the owner. Honestly still kinda shaking from the experience. Like whatttt just happened. I didn’t have time to wait for the food to be made after already 45 minutes. Not a place I will ever being going back to. The employee was amazing felt bad for him but the owner will never receive my money again or my coworkers, or my partner and tbh my family will no longer be going there either. Video taped it sadly no spot for videos here. They clearly do not care about customers

Ordered through their online app and liked that I could place an order without an account. Had to wait a bit longer than expected but they had received several large orders at once. We picked up a selection of their pizza and they met our expectations for stone baked pizza. The chicken and pineapple is definitely a new favourite! Staff were friendly and store was clean and tidy. Overall the pizza cost a bit more but if you prefer less grease these are a great option. Looking forward to picking up more pizza from here again. I also recommend the smores pizza! It unfortunately cooled during transit home but was very good after giving it a quick broil in the oven.
General Use
My young kids are fans of the creamy rose pasta with fresh penne. The penne has that satisfying chewy texture you expect from fresh, not dried, pasta. Add whatever meat you’d like. Based on everyone else’s reviews, they often get orders wrong here with no recourse. Thankfully that hasn’t happened to me yet.
I’ve had the pizza too but it’s nothing to write home about.
They lost me on the push to tip for takeout. You can’t order if you don’t enter some tip amount. I know I can enter zero, but it makes me feel disrespected.

Love the pizza, the service, the selection, and the vibe. Popper in for a personal pizza with a colleague for lunch and enjoyed it tremendously! Probably the best pizza in Pickering and fantastic service!

I ordered my pasta for take out and asked for “no tomatoes”. They put tomatoes in so I called to let them know and the guy kept interrupting me. I was finally able to speak and they kept repeating “not my fault sister”. They clearly do not care about their customer service or their google reviews, as I see this happens often. Would not recommend
